This position is a temporary assignment, starting as soon as possible and until 2026-08-31.

Job description

Our team within Accounts Receivables manages GEODIS' customer receivables related to cash collection, reminders, and credit limit applications. We work closely with our GEODIS team in India, as certain tasks related to accounts receivable are outsourced there, such as the posting of incoming payments. The work is process-oriented and we work towards daily and monthly deadlines.

The main responsibilities in this role are:
- Ongoing contact with customers and our internal organization regarding outstanding receivables
- Working with cash collection and handling debt collection cases
- Assisting with various questions related to accounts receivable (overdue reports, inquiries from auditors, etc.)
- Working to reduce DSO, minimize customer losses, and monitor credit limits
- Handling cases continuously according to our credit processes
- Acting as a contact and support for the GEODIS team in India

Applicant's profile

We believe that you have a Bachelor´s degree in finance or equivalent work experience in a finance department.

You have basic knowledge of Excel, and if you have experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX, SAP, or CargoWise One, it is considered a merit. It is an advantage if you are used to working in an international environment, as you will collaborate daily with colleagues around the world. Swedish and English are used in your work, so you need to speak and write both languages fluently.
