Descripcion del puesto

• Monitor processes to ensure a timely and accurate month end close for U.S consolidation accounting and provide support to worldwide consolidation accounting.
• Ensure system integrity by performing data validations.
• Integrate data into Great Plains general ledger and handle data imports into consolidation system.
• Responsible for various month end journal entries and reconciliations.
• Review and analyze results and trends in corporate overhead and work with business stakeholders to research and resolve issues.
• Process and review consolidated Trial Balances, Equity roll forwards and earnings schedules ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Lead monthly financial close meetings for multiple entities to discuss financial variances.
• Assist in the intercompany reporting, research, and resolution.
• Assist with review and analysis related to quarterly financial statements.
• Assist with annual external audits and quarterly compliance documentation.
• Produce domestic and international supporting tax schedules for Tax Manager.
• Ad Hoc Reporting and analysis.
• Ability to understand and utilize Advanced Excel formulas/macros.
• Responsible for the supervision, training and mentoring of staff.
• Team focused with ability to assist others as needed
