Job description
As a freight forwarder, you are responsible for your own customer assignments from booking to final invoicing, with a focus on road transports. You have regular contact and close cooperation with account managers, suppliers, and customers.
Your responsibilities include:
- Pricing of road transports
- Planning and booking transports according to customer requests
- Customs administration
- Issuing transport documents
- Delivery monitoring and deviation reporting
- Invoicing and cost control
- Participating in customer and supplier meetings
- Actively working on customer relations and providing a high service level
- Contributing to the team's development and the improvement of working methods, routines, and processes
Applicant's profile
We are looking for a candidate who is eager to further develop within the field of freight forwarding and contribute to delivering first-class service and innovative solutions to our customers.
Ideally, you have a post-secondary education in logistics and at least 3–5 years of experience in road freight forwarding. Experience working with various customer segments, particularly in pricing, is considered an advantage. As both Swedish and English are used daily in this role, you must be fluent in speaking and writing both languages. Proficiency in the CW1 production system and Office365 is highly desirable.
This position is well-suited to someone who is flexible, demonstrates strong collaboration skills, and possesses a commercial mindset. You are solution-oriented, customer-focused, and service-driven. You take initiative in moving your work forward, are meticulous, and work in a structured manner.
