Job description

"Organization of contracts for the signature of legal representatives.
Control and access to documents of vendors and clients.
Review and verify that original and complete documentation has been received (agreements + exhibits).
Draft contracts and any legal acts with clients and suppliers in the company's operations.
Follow up on the company's corporate matters, as well as provide support in internal and external audits
