"• Own end to end VALEO Ocean operations across FCL, Buyers Consolidation, deconsolidation and final mile
• Ensure KPI performance, data quality and consistent service delivery
• Act as single point of accountability for all VALEO activities
• Lead and coordinate the dedicated team and all involved stakeholders
• Ensure timely, clear and accurate communication with VALEO
• Drive team productivity and operational efficiency
• Ensure profitability of the account through cost control and operational efficiency
• Identify and support growth opportunities within the account"
Applicant's profile
"• 1 to 3 years of experience in Ocean Freight Operations
• Proven experience managing complex, high volume accounts with multi origin coordination
• Experience leading teams driving KPI performance
• Exposure to customer facing roles, handling escalations and senior stakeholder communication
• Experience working with structured reporting requirements and data quality control
• Financial awareness with ability to manage costs, accruals and profitability of accounts"
