Job description
Process Design and Alignment:
Collaborate with process team stream leads to define, document, and maintain standardised core processes adopted across the network.
Analyse existing processes to identify tasks suitable for offshoring to BPO and for automation via AI agents.
Refine and document processes to support the transition to a single-user-per-file operational model.
Screening of existing and new SOPs, challenging specifics and eliminating elements that deviate from our core process without impacting customer experience
Liaising with FF Customer Solutions teams where deviations from the core process are identified, and need to be retained for the customer
Alongside Tech team, build a Job File Transport model that is outside of CargoWise
Transition Management:
Coordinate with relevant BPO representatives and country stakeholders to ensure seamless handover of activities, including knowledge transfer and change management.
Work closely with technical teams to provide clear specifications and requirements for process elements to be automated by AI agents.
Maintain comprehensive process documentation, updating it as processes evolve during and after handover.
Monitoring & Continuous Improvement:
Define success criteria for each process element and establish monitoring tools to track progress, adoption, and ROI.
Collect and analyse data on new and existing processes (using tools such as NextGen and BI platforms) to support informed decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Support the reduction of duplicate data entry between export and import processes in collaboration with BPO teams.
Work with BPO management and DHO BE teams to ensure adoption of the initiatives
CargoWise & Technology Integration:
Stay abreast of new features released by WiseTech (CargoWise) and assess their applicability to current processes.
Participate in the validation and testing of new CargoWise features or enhancements, providing feedback to the Applications Manager.
Identify and support the implementation of process improvements leveraging CargoWise and other operational tools.
System & Tool Enhancement:
Contribute to the evaluation and rollout of new or improved operational systems and tools.
Test new features for compatibility and user experience; propose enhancements to improve productivity.
Ensure all changes are reflected in related documentation and support effective user adoption.
Collaboration & Communication:
Maintain proactive communication with process owners, stream leads, BPO, and technical teams to ensure alignment on compliance, process changes, and technology updates.
Share best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the network.
