Job description

Loading and Unloading
• Assist with the loading and unloading of goods at multiple dock doors, ensuring efficient flow of products in and out of the warehouse.
• Safely handle trucks and vehicles, supporting transport and logistics operations.
Warehouse Management
• Support the management of goods within the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and preparing items for delivery.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage conditions to optimize inventory turnover and reduce storage costs.
• Up to date with Customs Regulations
• Health and Safety policies and legislation that impacts this role
Order Fulfilment
• Prepare goods for delivery
• Ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of orders, supporting contract logistics operations.
Operational Support
• Contribute to the operation of a large logistics warehouse facility and distribution center.
• Assist in the implementation of innovative logistics solutions aimed at optimising flow management and improving efficiency.
Sustainability and Safety
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, prioritising working conditions and safety for self and colleagues.
Ethical Conduct
• Respect clients and subcontractors, fostering strong relationships based on mutual respect and trust.
