Job description
• Handling complex tenders comprising all transportation modes by capturing customer requirements, creating customer solutions and preparing customized proposals,
• Ensuring all required documents are meticulously prepared and submitted on time,
• Liaising with the various departments to obtain all the information required for the submission of tenders for pricing and value proposal purposes,
• Ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards during the tender process,
• Leading the tender process in the region and globally by proactive communication and collaboration with product and pricing managers (Air, Ocean, Rail, Customs) and other departments,
• Coordinating updates to the SharePoint and project management tool Trello,
• Providing support to all other departments on tender issues,
• Analysing volume data and providing analytical support for pricing and revenue overview,
• Ensuring high quality of proposals by transforming the standardized internally used files into respective customer documents,
• Participating in the development of tender process developments for internal purposes to be successful,
• Maintaining database, contributing to tender analysis as requested by relevant stakeholders,
• Preparing reports monthly,
• Using agreed systems to manage tender process functions, analysis and reporting.
Applicant's profile
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or relevant discipline,
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in tender management,
• Fluent in English.
