Job description
o Lead and manage logistics operations for large-scale and complex projects.
o Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
o Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion.
o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project logistics operations.
o Understand client requirements and ensure that logistics solutions meet their needs.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
o Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and other logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
o Manage the procurement of transportation and logistics services.
o Oversee the scheduling, routing, and tracking of shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
o Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
o Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for all logistics activities.
o Manage customs clearance processes and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
o Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Applicant's profile
• Min 5 years of experience in project cargo transport business & operational experience in logistics
• Market knowledge (modes of transports, special vehicles, ports, terminals, sea freight, market players, etc.)
• Project procurement management capability
• Team working ability as a team member
• Analytical thinking, result and quality-oriented approach and good communication skills
• Writing, understanding, speaking English fluently
• Good command at MS office applications
• Flexible for travelling
• Proficiency in logistics software and tools.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of customs regulations and compliance requirements.
