Job description
- Update CSR
- Feedback MSR
- Collect and distribute airline adjustments (fuel, war risk, etc.)
- Prepare product information (PPTs, flight schedules, GTW schedules, etc.) for network and local sales
- Support Business Development (BD) in solution design
- Contact point for colleagues at the regional level (NECE) for pricing and product topics
- Provide feedback information from network rates to BD for follow-up and cross-selling
- Contact point for NECE PCC for sales prices, MSRs, etc.
- Support and backup for network pricing
- Work on local truck tariffs (procurement)
Applicant's profile
- Several years of experience in operational and sales processes
- Experience in team projects at local, regional, and global levels
- Excellent knowledge of our industry and sales processes
- Knowledge of the various service offerings that are in demand by customers
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Fluent in German and English (both spoken and written)
- Excellent understanding of the business management background
