Job description

A variety of tasks are waiting for you, amongst others:

• Keeping an overview of ongoing projects and securing continuous follow-up,
• Providing overview of major tasks within the IT community,
• Overseeing projects on high level considering the budget, deadlines, and progress,
• Supporting the regional CIO Officer with exploring and selecting tools to optimize the day to day working processes,
• Building, maintaining and executing an IT communication plan,
• Planning project management including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks and assigning team members to various deliverables,
• Analyzing financial data including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation,
• Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards,
• Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes

Applicant's profile

You bring along:

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree from an IT or Business related field,
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of professional experience that in the above-mentioned tasks in a matrix organization,
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills, coupled with attention to details,
• Project management certification (i.e. Prince 2, Scrum, PMP or equivalent) would be an advantage,
• Fluent in English, another European language such as French, German, Dutch, etc. is a plus,
