Job description

• Maintain active communication with customers to notify them the status of their cargo
• Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers
• Maintain active communication with suppliers to ensure all operational activities for road freight are completed on a timely basis
• Proactively monitor the operation to avoid unexpected delays
• Ensure all KPI´s of the operation are accomplished

Applicant's profile

• Bachelor´s Degree
• Languages: English (fluent)
• At least 3 years of experience working with similar responsibilities
• Experience coordinating Road Freight operations for import/export in a Freight Forwarder
