Departmental Specific Accountabilities

Execute process, pre interviewing phase. Conduct 1st interview junior level staff.
Resourcing and Recruitment
Learning/Training development Administer and coordinate training
Talent & Management Development Provide support, from an administrative perspective.

Audits/assessments -H&S, ISO Generate and provide information as requested

Policies, Processes & Procedures Execute the national hr processes and policies, optimize when necessary
Departmental and HRM Advise local manager in HR Management
Management information Generate, analyze and verify key information
Personnel, Salary and Pension Administration
Understand the regional and national HR strategy and how to contribute to it. Undestand the team and personal objectives and how mesure these objectives
Internal Communication- Marketing and Com applications

Execute the national hr processes and policies, optimize when necessary Legal compliance

Applicant's profile

Required Knowledge & Experience
Vocational, relevant working experience is prefered, very good knowledge of microsoft products, SAP HR, empathy, assertiveness, strong analytical, numeric and communication skills, labour law, social security structured working method.
