Job description

The employee inserted in the Area and the Sales dept. will be involved in the following activities:
• service, retain and profitably grow the assigned portfolio of CSA (customer service accounts) by delivering the defined service levels ,
identifying opportunities and maintaining as well as increasing the customer satisfaction levels in order to improve the NPS ( net promoter score ).
• expand the portfolio of CSA's by generating new customer service accounts (CSA's).
• increase the value of the assigned customer portfolio , measurable in NS , GM% , GP as well as transactional volumes.
• Involved in specific project

Applicant's profile

Experience in logistics industry
Customer satisfaction mindset
Good communication & negotiation skills
Fluent in local and good skills in English language
