Description de la mission

Key Responsibilities:
1. Integrate Talent Development in PeopleLink
Contribute to the design and implementation of the Talent Development workstream within the deployment of the new HCM system.
Key contributions include:
• Represent Talent Development needs in the design and implementation of the new HCM system
• Identify opportunities to simplify and streamline existing talent development processes
• Contribute to the design of future Talent Development workflows supported by the system
• Ensure alignment between People Link capabilities and Talent Development objectives
• Explore opportunities to integrate innovative functionalities, including AI-enabled features where relevant
• Assess whether proposed workflow changes genuinely simplify the experience for employees and local HR

2. Establish educational career paths
Design career path frameworks enhanced by AI and made available to local HR, giving employees clarity on their development and next steps.
• Contribute to the design of educational career path frameworks to give employees clarity on their development options and next steps
• Support the identification of key skills and competency needs per role family
• Ensure frameworks are structured to generate data on skill gaps and development needs over time
• Coordinate with G University to align learning offer with career path logic
• Contribute to improving the quality of annual reviews and succession plans through structured paths

3. Build a Talent Development Community
Create the community infrastructure that connects the COE to field realities, sharing best practices, and ensuring COE tools land locally.
• Contribute to the design and animation of the Talent Dev community (rituals, format, content)
• Help local HR teams adopt and adapt COE frameworks to their context
• Systematize the use of employee engagement survey data to identify field needs and inform COE priorities
• Collect and synthesize feedback form local HR to continuously improve COE outputs
• Support communication efforts related to COE initiatives and tools

4. Talent Development Programs & Processes
Work closely with the Head of Talent Development to support ongoing initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of Talent Development practices.
Key contributions may include:
• Contribute to People Review process
• Support career development initiatives

Profil du candidat

Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in Talent Development, HR Transformation, or Learning & Development roles within international organizations.
Proven track record in designing and implementing talent-related frameworks, programs, and tools, ideally in a matrix or decentralized environment.
Exposure to projects involving the integration of digital or AI-enabled solutions for HR/talent management is a strong advantage.
Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including HR, business leaders, and external partners.
International exposure and a solid understanding of cultural differences in HR practices.

Skills (Savoir-faire):
Strong project management skills, able to lead and support multiple initiatives simultaneously, from design to execution.
Excellent analytical abilities to assess existing processes, identify opportunities for simplification, and translate complex needs into actionable solutions.
Familiarity with career path frameworks, competency modeling, and skills gap analysis.
Ability to synthesize large sets of data and feedback into clear recommendations.
Skilled in change management, with experience supporting the adoption of new tools or processes.
Proficiency in English is mandatory; French or other languages are a plus.
Strong communication (written & verbal) and facilitation skills, able to animate communities, deliver presentations, and create engaging content for diverse audiences.
