Job description
1.-To follow up Sea Freight Import and Export operations tracking.
2.- System use to detect the shipments arriving in the next days and send the pre-alert to the customs broker.
3.- Sending instructions to the shipping lines to release the shipments.
4.-Compliance in the administration of sending reports required by customer, billing, accruals, wips and month closings (Administrative KPIs)
5.- Follow up of open issues and review with customer (Excelent Customer service).
