Your sales area will be region Norrköping, but you can be based either at our office in Norrköping or the office in Stockholm. The role includes regular travel within your region and to some extent within Sweden. The position is a permanent employment with a start date according to agreement.
Job description
In this role, your main focus will be to identify and engage with potentially new customers, but you will also be responsible for some existing customers. Understanding customers' needs and developing tailored solutions, primarily in sea and air, is at the core of your mission.
Key responsibilities:
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospects and existing customers.
- Build your own pipeline.
- Build, maintain, and develop good customer relationships.
- Achieve sales budget and sales targets.
- Ensure successful implementation of new customers.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the sales team, site manager, freight forwarders, and product team to achieve common goals and develop the business in your area. - Contribute to the team's development and improvement of work methods, routines, and processes.
Applicant's profile
This role is ideal for you who are motivated by achieving both personal and team goals. For you, collaboration is a key to success, and you have a strong customer focus, a sense for business, and are a good listener. You are confident in your sales strategy and take responsibility for actively driving your sales forward.
We believe that you have post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent experience from a similar role. It is advantageous if you have worked with value-based B2B sales with a focus on new customers, preferably in the freight forwarding industry. It is also beneficial if you have worked with larger companies and strategic customers. We work in an international environment where Swedish and English are used daily, so you need to speak and write both languages fluently. Swedish B driving license is required.
