Job description
• Provides expertise on high level implementations and supports network routers, switches, WiFi, VoIP, security, cabling, etc.
• Implements new building network designs
• Provides technical guidance to the Network Engineers
• Troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems efficiently
• Provides support when necessary to assist, troubleshoot, or diagnose network issues
• Provides support and scaling of IP-Telephony solutions
• Team leader on complex or high-volume installations.
• Participates in special project work with other business groups
• Assists the Application Support teams with application issues when necessary
• Provides weekly incident reports; prepares for and attends occasional weekly meetings for projects and status
• May distribute and coordinate Tier 2 and Tier 3 network operational support and ticket escalations to the engineers; serves as a liaison between the network and telecommunications team and other teams within the company

• Bacherlor´s degree completed
• Minimum 6 years' experience in a network implementation/support role.
• Minimum CCNA certification
• Experience with QoS for LANs and WANs, Intrusion Detection solutions, SolarWinds Orion products, Cisco IP-Telephony, Design/Architectural Networks, and Linux/Unix/Apple/Microsoft Server
• Knowledge of ASA firewalls, VPN, F5 LTM and GTM, routing protocols, sub-netting, OSI-layered model, TCP/IP, UDP, ICMP, and Monitoring tools
