Job description

The Job consists in the following key activities:
• GFF Applications Support – Incident, Req, Problem, Change, Release, Knowledge
• ServiceNow IT tickets management
• IT point of contact during Europe hours for business
• High Priority Incident Management
• Participate in Major releases, changes testing.
• Participate in Hypercare for New customers implemented and manage RUN support.
• Follow up Root cause analysis for High Priority issues, Backlog control for the region.
• Close Collaboration with solutions and Implementation team.
• Effective Incident, Request, Problem, Change and Knowledge management.
• Align with DHO IT Global initiatives.

Applicant's profile

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's, Engineering IT degree or equivalent
• Minimum 5 to 6 years of IT Setup and Support Knowledge. Logistics IT background is plus.

Preferred Experience and Knowledge-

• Ideally Supply Chain or Logistics process and business applications knowledge
• IT Logistics, Solutions
• IT operations processes (Incident, Problem, Change, NRT, UAT support)
