Job description
The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily administrative operations of the office or department. This role ensures efficient processes, supports staff and management, and contributes to a productive and well-organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage office activities, schedules, and resources to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Supervise and support administrative staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.
Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail distribution.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
Prepare regular reports for management on administrative matters.
Liaise with internal departments and external partners/vendors.
Manage document filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring confidentiality and security.
Assist with onboarding and orientation for new employees.
Support the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
Applicant's profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in an administrative or office coordination role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Experience with office management software or ERP systems is a plus.
