Job description
"* Gathers and interprets data to make recommendations on process and system improvement.
* Gathering information from internal and/or external customers to define the requirements.
* Creating and maintaining requirements documents and/or data mapping specifications that will be used to drive application or integration development.
* Serves as liaison between internal developers and business stakeholders
* Communicating with stakeholders to resolve questions or issues as they arise.
* Working with developers to answer questions as needed.
* Assists stakeholder in developing test plans and user acceptance criteria
* Partners in developing solutions to utilize systems more effectively.
* Performs internal system analytics that requires use of best practices and knowledge to formulate recommendations and solutions.
* Resolves issues in systems and processes where solutions may not exist
* Refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.

Recent Graduate from Bachelor´s degree (IT or related)
Fluent in English
Interest to develop their career on Integration Processess
* Good communication, an aptitude to learn, and a desire to grow.
* Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (for example; SQL, Excel) and/or programming fundamentals (any language)
* Understanding of software development lifecycle and principles.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with an interest in applications, technology, and/or business processes.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively in a team environment."
Must have participated actively in scholar projects, such as: software developement, design and implementation of databases, creation of data flow diagrams. Must know concepts of Software Engineering. Must know how to gather and write requirements in an understandable manner
