Job description

Draft contracts and any legal documentation with clients and vendors in the company's operations for both lines of business.
Monitoring of the company's corporate affairs, and judicial processes, as well as support in internal and external audits.
Drafting and negotiating contracts with third parties.
Interpreting contracts and advising the business on signed contracts.
Advise the business on dispute matters.

Applicant's profile

Bachelor´s Degree completed (Law), Master´s is preferred
3-5 years working in a multi national company, notary or law firm dealing with corporate, civil, commercial matters, and contract review.
Knowledge of Mexican Law
Knowledge of civil and commercial litigation.
Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in conflict resolution, considering multiple options before administrative actions.
Expertise in contract drafting and negotiation and interpretation of contracts
Experience working in a logistics company is preferred
