Job description

1.- Reviews the claim file and the insurance policy to determine coverage. Transmits routine claims for payment.
2.- Providing advice on making a claim and the processes involved
3.- Interpretation of the policy wording and policy schedule to determine the extent of coverage and the application of any warranties, conditions or exclusions.

Applicant's profile

1.- Familiar with carriers, brokers and large deductible programs and claim reserving
2.- Experience with claims processing software.
3.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4.- Excellent knowledge of mexican transportation and warehousing regulations
