Job description

Position summary: The position holder is responsible for creating IT Projects and follow up, reporting, maintaining register of IT suppliers, generation of KPI-s. collaborating within the IT team and implementing IT solutions.


• Responsible for creating IT Projects and follow-up into required tools supporting resources time claiming and budget actuals (PPM)
• Accountable for follow-up and reporting of weekly team claiming (PPM)
• Responsible for registering IT Suppliers registration and supporting over governance
• Accountable for maintaining and evolving Global IT SharePoint sites
• Responsible for IT resources onboarding and offboarding tied to management systems
• Responsible for supporting team vacations alignment and communication
• Responsible for ensuring monthly KPIs generation involving required IT stakeholders
• Responsible collaborating with different IT functions across regions
• Responsible for implementing IT Solutions, Digital Factory and IT Security to ensure IT QMS (quality management system)
• Accountable for enhancing existing management system via O365 solutions (Excel macros, PowerApp, Flow)
• Responsible for learning and leveraging existing Qlik BI solution and RPA to better automate and improve current reporting
• Reporting any deviations following the agreed process
• Support internal/external parties/departments/institutions with relevant documentation for related audits and business control upon request
• Training team members within his/her scope of work
• Complying with and implementing within his/her scope of work all company's and clients' standards, policies and procedures
• Training of team members within scope of work
• Taking actions in order to provide added value and optimize supply chain processes within group, company and client in order to achieve satisfactory service

Applicant's profile

Position summary:
The position holder is responsible for creating and maintaining IT PMO request, IT Service
R eporting, generation of KPIs report, C ollaborating within the IT team.
Minimum requirements:
IV degree of professional qualification, Good English, Good K nowledge of MS Office, Basic
k n owledge on QLIK Application , Power BI
Position reports to:
Europe IT Operations Manager

Responsible for creating IT PMO reque st and follow up into required tools supporting resources time claiming
and budget actuals , maintaining project review

Accountable for follow up and reporting of weekly P MO status and team claiming
