Job description

Job responsibilities includes:

- Planning and booking transport according to customer call-offs
- Delivery monitoring/deviation reporting
- Issuing transport documents
- Invoicing and cost control
- Actively working with customer care and providing our customers with the best service experience
- Contributing to the team's development and improvement of working methods, routines, and processes

Applicant's profile

- Fluent in Swedish and English, in speech and writing.
- Experience from working with sea and air freight forwarding, import and export.
- Cross trade experience is a merit.
- Good knowledge about the Swedish freight forwarding industry and market.
- Post-secondary education in logistics or freight forwarding is a merit.
- Experience in using CargoWise1 is an advantage.
