You continuously receive shipment bookings and price inquiries from GEODIS air offices in Sweden. Your primary customers are our internal air offices, but you also maintain ongoing contact with airlines, terminals, trucking companies, and our agents around the world. The team is part of a large global network and has many points of contact both internally and externally. Your main responsibilities include: - Procurement of cost-effective and high-quality air transport solutions. - Book shipments with airlines and trucking companies. - Delivery monitoring/deviation reporting. - Documentation and invoicing. - Handling claims. - Contribute to the team's development and improvement of working methods and processes.<br /><br /> - Fluent in Swedish and English, in speech and writing. - Experience from working with air freight forwarding, primarily in exports. - Good knowledge about the Swedish freight forwarding industry and market. - Post-secondary education in logistics or freight forwarding is a merit. - Experience in using CargoWise1.<br /> <b>Niveau d'études min. requis : </b>BAC+2 / BTS / DUT<br /> <b>Langue / Niveau : </b><br /> Suédois : Maitrise Courante<br /> <b>Langue / Niveau : </b><br /> Anglais : Maitrise Courante<br /> Fri, 24 Apr 2026 22:04:22 Z
