· Contribute to the sales strategy on assigned Corporate Accounts portfolio growth objectives
· Ensure the development and maintenance of customer relationships and enhance overall client portfolio, safeguard sales revenue and ensure customer satisfaction
· Ensure the identification and targeting of opportunities with customized propositions
· Gather, consolidate, analyse and report management information
· Drive behavior towards strategic engagement and value creation for assigned portfolio of accounts and strategic targets;
· Embrace the 5 values of Geodis be an ambassador by demonstrating these values in everything you say and do.
· Steer, develop and motivate the local account managers to sell, maintain and support the assigned clients&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
- University degree or equivalent
- Have senior level management experience, as well as be familiar with the principles and practise of supply chain management.
- Sales experience and working knowledge of the international transportation and logistics industry preferred.
- Familiarity with the financial aspects of the relevant local economy as well as international market conditions and trends, and international business issues, including currency factors and cultural differences.
- Good negotiation techniques
- Good sales techniques; concept sales, customer psychology and purchasing patterns
- Project management skills
- Good computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft office, etc.
- Fluent in local language, comfortable in English and other languages that the job requires to manage customer and other contacts
- Excellent presentation techniques&lt;br /&gt;

•	Receive booking from suppliers/shippers/sales, etc
•	Confirm booking with overseas controlling offices
•	Forecast to carrier/CFO
•	Set up files based on pre-advise
•	Create shipment and consol in system
•	Advise shipping schedule to client.
•	Apply for supplier invoice title in the system if supplier provide at the time of booking
•	Apply for supplier GID in the system if need
•	Chase green light and booking confirmation
•	Issue cargo delivery notice to shipper for CFS loading shipment
•	Collect customs paperwork from supplier
•	Break down and distribute into files and calculate charges
•	Send ISF for US cargo 72 hrs before vessel departure
•	import destination invoice into system for DAP/DDP shipments 
•	Send pre alert in a timely manner
•	Familiar with MBE program and ensure integrated data quality in cw1 
•	Other tasks assigned by Manager&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
•	Help to deal with supplier and customer and internal queries, responsible for customer contacts, follow up customer contacts per telephone / email or visits if needs.
•	Coordinate internally and externally to solve unexpected accidents and complaints.
•	Ensure data integrity(PO management) and work in accordance with KPI, regular work with calculations of revenue and clear WIP.
•	Good team work spirit in internal work process
•	Contribute to development of team
•	Monitor the whole process of operation for cargo moving on time, keep good relationship with internal and external customers.&lt;br /&gt;
