Sous l'autorité du directeur de site,

Le/La responsable facility et sécurité opérationnelle est garant/e de l'état, du bon fonctionnement et de la conformité des équipements et infrastructures pour répondre aux besoins opérationnels, dans le respect de la règlementation et des standards du groupe. 

Il/elle pilote le déploiement de la politique QSE en lien avec la direction de site. 

Il/elle pilote avec ses équipes l'intégration des collaborateurs (salariés, intérimaires) et les interventions des prestataires en toute sécurité.

Il aura en charge plus spécifiquement les tâches suivantes :

 MANAGEMENT:
- Entretenir une relation de communication qualitative, d'échange et d'écoute avec tous ses collaborateurs/trices.

- Définir (en lien avec son management) les objectifs de ses équipes et piloter l'adéquation de l'ensemble des moyens (financiers, humains, techniques) nécessaires à leur atteinte.

MISSIONS TECHNIQUES:
- Garantir avec les techniciens/nes de maintenance le bon fonctionnement des équipements et installations du site (machines, équipements techniques...) 
- Veiller à l'entretien des chariots de manutention et assurer la bonne adéquation du parc au regard de l'activité en suivant les budgets.
- Suivre et animer les plannings règlementaires du site dont il a la charge (actions préventives et/ou curatives) en interne ou via des prestations externes (sous son autorité)

GESTION DOCUMENT ET REGLEMENTATION:
- Piloter le système documentaire du site en adéquation avec les processus opérationnels et son utilisation par l'ensemble des oéprationnels du site
- Assurer la gestion règlementaire avec les différents outils utilisés sur le site
- Garantir la mise en place, le suivi et la mise à jour du document unique et des plans de prévention sur son périmètre et l'équipe QSE du site
Collaborer avec les organismes extérieurs (DRIRE, Préfecture, Bureau de contrôle…)

MANAGEMENT QSE:
- Piloter le déploiement de la politique et de ses objectifs en lien avec le/la directeur/trice de site ou responsable de site(s)
- Veiller au respect des obligations légales liées à la conformité règlementaire de son périmètre et suit les anomalies et/ou écarts par rapport aux objectifs fixés
- Garantir l'application des process et procédures QSE dans le respect de l'environnement, du matériel, et du 5S au sein de son périmètre

QSE:

Manager de terrain, vous contribuez directement à l'efficacité et à la fluidité des opérations du site en encadrant les équipes opérationnelles.
Dans le cadre de l'organisation en équipes successives, vous encadrez un périmètre pouvant représenter plus de 100 collaborateurs dont environ 40 intérimaires, notamment au travers de l'animation et de l'accompagnement des managers opérationnels.
Le poste est rattaché au Directeur des opérations.


Vos responsabilités
1.	Management des équipes opérationnelles
- Encadrer et accompagner les chefs de quai dans l'animation des équipes terrain
- Organiser les ressources en fonction des volumes d'activité
- Veiller à la bonne intégration et à l'encadrement des collaborateurs intérimaires et s'assurer de leur appropriation des règles de sécurité et des procédures opérationnelles.
- Mobiliser les équipes autour des objectifs de performance et de qualité
- Favoriser la cohésion et l'engagement des collaborateurs
- Contribuer au maintien d'un climat social constructif
- Assurer une coordination fluide avec les différents services du site afin de garantir la continuité des opérations notamment : Transport, Affrétement, Quai, Maintenance, International, Relation client

2.	Organisation et pilotages des opérations
- Superviser et cadencer les opérations de chargement et de déchargement
- Garantir la fluidité la continuité des opérations
- Adapter l'organisation aux variations d'activité
- Assurer la coordination avec les différents acteurs du site et du réseau

3.	Piloter la performance opérationnelle
- Capacité d'analyse et pilotage par les indicateurs de performance opérationnelle : productivité, qualité de service, respect des délais
- Analyser les résultats et identifier les axes d'amélioration
- Mettre en œuvre les actions nécessaires à l'optimisation des opérations
- Contribuer à la performance globale de la plateforme

4.	Garantir la sécurité des opérations
- Veiller à l'application rigoureuse des règles de santé et sécurité au travail 
- Garantir le respect des procédures liées aux opérations de manutention 
- S'assurer de la bonne utilisation des équipements de manutention et de levage présents sur le site 
- Sensibiliser les équipes aux bonnes pratiques de sécurité et contribuez activement à la prévention des risques

5.	Amélioration continue
- Identifier les axes d'optimisation des process opérationnels 
- Proposer et mettre en œuvre des actions d'amélioration visant à renforcer la productivité et la qualité de service 
- Participer à la diffusion des bonnes pratiques au sein des équipes.

Formation supérieure Bac +2 / Bac +3 minimum en transport, logistique ou gestion.

To ensure a continuous supply of materials and stock so that production should not suffer at the time of customer's demand. To keep material cost under control as they contribute to reducing the cost of production and to eliminate duplication in ordering stocks. 

The main role of the Stock Manager is to organise and monitor inventory levels to maximise efficiency. Stock Manager must demonstrate skills, such as creating and reporting of Cycle Counts/Reports and ensure the agreed SLA of losses is achieved through motivating and driving the stock team as well as organisational planning. 

This position is instrumental to the distribution of products within the DC. 

The inventory on site is governed by SOX compliance and this needs to be demonstrated within all levels of the stock department. 

Inventory Blueprints are the foundations for the site and the Stock Manager must ensure they are adhered to all thoroughly at all times. 

Coordinate daily activity with the Warehouse Supervisor 

Manage and direct work executing activities including but not limited to – Cycle Counts, investigations, Reports in-line with customer requirements 

Communicate and react quickly and effectively regarding unexpected labour needs 

Manage labour hours and electronic time keeping systems, procedures and processes updated 

Interview and train prospective new team members; completes 1-2-1's and appraisals 

Ensure all subordinate staff understand performance targets and KPI and clearly outlines what is expected 

Deal with complaints quickly and address internal and external stakeholder needs promptly 

Drive innovation and recommend process improvement 

Review records to ensure accuracy and compliance (where applicable) 

Comply with all company policies and procedures

Ensure Full compliance across the site, collating and reporting all training requirements. This covers all site's training Risk assessments, SSOW'S, SOP'S, Work Instructions 

MHE is a fundamental part of this role, ensuring all certificates are valid and the onsite trainers follow the correct procedure 

Standardising paperwork and ensuring this is trained out and signed in an agreed timeframe 

Gatekeeper of site Training Matrix 

Highlighting any anomalies to the senior team 

Report and present data and performance information to a wide variety of audiences 

Improve the accessibility, management and use of data to support corporate decision making 

Share knowledge and train colleagues in the use of Insight tools 

 Drive innovation and recommend process improvement with involvement in Gemba walks and process confirmations 

Support all quality procedures, standards and specification for the site in line with the operational requirements 

Ensure all colleagues are trained on all the necessary areas required for their specific role 

Offer recommendations to company management on ways to improve on existing quality processes 

Create/update site Training Matrix ensuring any anomalies are escalated and dealt with in a timely manner 

Comply with all company policies and procedures 

Version control of all documents for site (SOP's, MHE, SSOW) 

Ensure compliance across all paperwork through trainers and operational management team 

Challenge the Operational team when deadlines need to be met 

Upload all documentation to the correct Geodis platform 

Ensure all data reported to the management team is accurate 

Complete RCAs/8D's upon queries/complaints to establish reasons and suggest mitigating or preventative measures 

Assign duties to subordinate staff and monitor for neatness and conformance to standards set out in SOP's 

Work with Operations Manager to ensure ISO / HSE compliance for assigned facilities 

Prepare reports for leadership 

Attend and engage in all meetings where necessary 

Support change management and keep a positive attitude 

Assist in maintaining physical properties, promote and ensure a clean and safe work environment 

Promote the company in a positive and ethical manner 

Be able to carry out investigations/disciplinaries 

Develop plans for efficient use of equipment, systems, and employee resources 

Diagnose and troubleshoot first level failures/issues and pass to relevant support team for further investigation via ServiceNow support tool 

Design and maintain all KPI, Productivity and Financial reporting in line with requests from different areas and Site/Operations Manager 

Leading and managing a team of employees, including setting goals and objectives, developing strategies and assigning tasks 

Lead by example 

Carry out any reasonable request &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Essential Education and/ or Training 



GCSE's in Math, English and Science (grades A to C) an advantage

Key Activities / Accountabilities

Facilities &amp; Maintenance Management
•	Develop, implement, and manage the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule across all site assets.

•	Coordinate reactive and preventative maintenance activities to minimise downtime and disruption.

Contractor Management

•	Review service level agreements (SLAs) and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

Compliance &amp; Safety

•	Maintain up-to-date records for audits and inspections.
•	Conduct risk assessments and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively. Promote a strong site safety culture and ensure adherence to company policies.

Quality Management System (QMS) Digitisation
•	Manage and maintain the site's QMS, ensuring alignment with broader business excellence frameworks.
•	Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure audit readiness at all times.
•	Lead internal audits and support external audits where required.
•	Oversee the digitalisation and ongoing management of the QMS, ensuring systems are efficient, user-friendly, and compliant
•	Utilise digital tools to track maintenance, compliance, and performance
•	Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and digital innovation.

Operational Excellence

•	Monitor KPIs related to maintenance, compliance, and contractor performance.
•	Provide regular reporting to senior management on facilities performance and risks.
•	Support business continuity planning and emergency preparedness.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Essential Education and/ or Training

•	Relevant qualifications in Facilities Management, or Health &amp; Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH )

Preferred Experience and Knowledge

•	Proven experience in a facilities Manager role within a large-scale logistics, industrial, or warehouse environment.
•	Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and health &amp; safety regulations.
•	Experience managing contractors and PPM schedules.
•	Demonstrated experience managing or improving a Quality Management System (QMS).

Participate in rework and repack of product as needed or requested by customer.

Essential Education and/ or Training 

Minimum 3 to 5 years related warehouse and/or distribution centre experience 

1 year of supervisory experience preferred
