Strong knowledge of Serbian and European customs regulations
Advanced MS Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting
Familiarity with OCR technology for document processing
Experience working with CargoWise or similar customs management platforms
Ability to work with European customs systems such as Fiton, LSP, ASM Sequoia, EMMA, and Stream (experience with other systems is an advantage)
Preferred Experience:
Two to five years of experience in a similar customs/trade compliance role
Experience handling audits and compliance testing related to trade and import/export regulations

Notre siège Régional de GENAY (69) recherche un(e) Déclarant(e) en douane. 
Rattaché(e) au Responsable douane Régional, et dans le cadre d'une activité internationale, vous supervisez les opérations nécessaires au transfert des marchandises en relation avec la Production et le Commerce. Engageant la responsabilité juridique et financière du chef d'entreprise, vous veillez au respect le plus strict des réglementations douanières. Vous pouvez également conseiller directement le client en matière douanière.
Plus concrètement, vous intervenez sur les domaines et les missions ci-dessous : 
•	Expertise juridique et tarifaire : 
o	Actualiser constamment ses connaissances sur les législations et les réglementations douanières 
o	Assurer un rôle de conseiller / référent auprès des collaborateurs dont l'activité est impactée par les réglementations douanières (Production, Finance, Commerce, Juridique)
o	Participer au déploiement d'actions de sensibilisation et de formations "Douane" auprès de ces métiers
•	Relation clients : 
o	Participer aux appels d'offre en lien avec le Commerce et la Production 
o	Conseiller la clientèle sur les aspects juridiques et tarifaires de leur envoi dans une logique d'optimisation fiscale
o	Gérer les anomalies, réclamations et litiges clients sur le plan douanier
•	Support à la production
o	Etablir et réaliser la saisie informatique des déclarations d'importation, d'exportation et de transit pour tout régime douanier : établissement du montant des droits et taxes, communication des renseignements concernant la nature des marchandises, vérification de la conformité des pièces justificatives fournies par le client 
o	Etablir et valider auprès de la Finance les montants de la caution / réserve accordée aux clients, s'assurer du respect des modalités de paiement à l'administration des douanes
o	Superviser l'archivage des documents douaniers
•	Relation avec les autorités
o	Gérer les relations avec les autorités compétentes dans le cadre d'audits de certification de la qualité de la gestion douanière de la LoB (type audit de certification OEA)
o	Assurer la reconnaissance physique des marchandises, le cas échéant, sur demande de la douane
o	Présenter en douane les déclarations d'importation, d'exportation et de transit pour tout régime douanier.
o	Coordonner les interactions éventuelles avec les autorités sanitaires et phytosanitaires ou autres entités compétentes quant à la nature des marchandises transportées. 
o	Gérer les dysfonctionnements et réclamations auprès des administrations douanières et suivre les litiges douaniers.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Dans ce cadre, pourront vous être confiées les missions suivantes : 

- Participer à l'établissement et à la saisie informatique des déclaration d'importation, d'exportation et de transit pour tout régime douanier (établissement du montant des droits et taxes, communication des renseignements concernant la nature des marchandises, vérification de la conformité des pièces justificatives fournies par le client avec la règlementation en vigueur) ; 

- Sous la supervision de l'équipe, gérer les anomalies, les réclamations et les litiges sur le plan douanier ; 

- Assurer un rôle de conseiller auprès des collaborateurs dont l'activité est impactée par les règlementations douanières (production, commerce...).

Cette liste n'est pas exhaustive, vos missions seront affinées au fur et à mesure de l'année afin que vous puissiez vous familiariser progressivement à l'ensemble des formalités douanières.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Titulaire d'un diplôme de niveau bac+2 en commerce international ou en transport international, vous souhaitez vous orienter vers le métiers de déclarant douane via la formation proposée à l'ISTELI.

Vos missions : 

Management : 
-	Définir les objectifs du service en partenariat avec le Directeur de l'agence et la Région, piloter leur bonne réalisation ;
-	Animer, mobiliser et motiver l'équipe au quotidien ;
-	S'assurer du développement des compétences de l'équipe ; 
-	S'assurer du développement de la polyvalence et de la continuité de l'activité au travers notamment de la gestion des plannings ; 
-	Fournir un appui opérationnel aux équipes en cas de pics d'activité ou de besoin organisationnel ;

Relation avec les sous-traitants et le réseau :
-	Valider les choix de sous-traitants et négocier les tarifs d'achat ;
-	Collaborer avec le réseau pour développer de nouvelles solutions dans une démarche d'amélioration continue ;

Pilotage et reporting : 
-	Être garant du bon renseignement des données Overseas dans les logiciels d'exploitation ; 
-	Analyser les tableaux de bord de votre activité, établir des plans d'actions destinés à améliorer les résultats de votre activité ;
-	Assurer un reporting régulier auprès de votre management ;

Budget et Commerce : 
-	Participer à l'élaboration du budget annuel (chiffre d'affaires et marge brute) de votre activité ; 
-	Apporter le support technique nécessaire à l'action du commerce et contribuer au développement commercial de votre activité notamment en accompagnant de manière ponctuelle les commerciaux terrain ;

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position is responsible for the following activities, in compliance with regional and company guidelines:
