Plus concrètement, vous intervenez sur les domaines et les missions ci-dessous : 

o	Expertise métier
o	Actualiser constamment ses connaissances sur les législations et les réglementations douanières 
o	Assurer un rôle de conseiller 

o	Relation clients 
o	Participer aux appels d'offre 
o	Gérer les anomalies clients sur le plan douanier

o	Support à la production
o	Etablir et réaliser la saisie informatique des déclarations en douane
o	Superviser l'archivage des documents douaniers
o	Présenter en douane les déclarations 
o	Gérer les dysfonctionnements auprès des administrations douanières &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Nous recherchons une personne autonome, sachant négocier, capable de gérer différentes situations, son temps et ses priorités !

On souhaite que notre futur(e) Déclarant(e) en douane , de formation BAC + 2 en commerce international ou en transport logistique, ait envie de découvrir ce métier. L'équipe douane vous accompagne avec un parcours de formation adapté.

Une formation au sein de l'ISTELI est recommandée mais pas obligatoire.

Au sein notre service Douane et Overseas sur notre agence d'Angoulême, vous contribuerez à la maîtrise des risques juridiques et financiers ainsi qu'à la protection des intérêts de l'entreprise en garantissant la conformité des opérations avec les règlementations (douanières, communautaires etc.) et les process Groupe. 

Dans ce cadre, pourront vous être confiées les missions suivantes : 

- Participer à l'établissement et à la saisie informatique des déclaration d'importation, d'exportation et de transit pour tout régime douanier (établissement du montant des droits et taxes, communication des renseignements concernant la nature des marchandises, vérification de la conformité des pièces justificatives fournies par le client avec la règlementation en vigueur) ; 

- Sous la supervision de l'équipe, gérer les anomalies, les réclamations et les litiges sur le plan douanier ; 

- Assurer un rôle de conseiller auprès des collaborateurs dont l'activité est impactée par les règlementations douanières (production, commerce...).

Cette liste n'est pas exhaustive, vos missions seront affinées au fur et à mesure de l'année afin que vous puissiez vous familiariser progressivement à l'ensemble des formalités douanières.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Titulaire d'un diplôme de niveau bac+2 en commerce international ou en transport international, vous souhaitez vous orienter vers le métiers de déclarant douane via la formation proposée à l'ISTELI. 

Reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur et votre curiosité, vous aimer travailler en équipe dans un environnement international. Vous disposez d'une forte orientation client et être à l'écoute des besoins de vos interlocuteurs pour les conseiller au mieux dans une relation de partenariat.

Ihre Aufgaben

Ihr Profil

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Spedition, Logistik oder Außenhandel
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Zoll, Customs Compliance oder Außenhandel

Notre responsable du service Douanes/Overseas, recrute un ou une Agent de Transit pour travailler au sein de son équipe sur le pôle maritime. Votre rôle sera d'identifier, de sélectionner et de suivre les solutions de transports maritime les plus appropriées et rentables pour répondre aux demandes de nos clients.

Au sein de votre poste, vous serez en charge des missions suivantes : 

-	Répondre aux demandes de devis exprimés par nos clients pour importer ou exporter des marchandises vers l'étranger en proposant des solutions de transport adaptées à leur demande, selon la nature, la valeur et/ou des dimensions de la marchandise ; 

-	Organiser le transport des marchandises validé par le client (conseil client, sélection des fournisseurs, négociation des prix d'achat, détermination du prix de vente, gestion des dossiers sur informatique). Eventuellement proposer des alternatives en cas de problématiques rencontrée dans le transport et garantir la qualité de la prestation ;

-	Effectuer les opérations administratives d'enregistrement des opérations, en lien avec les organismes concernés ;

-	Faire le lien avec notre service Douane (situé dans le même bureau) afin qu'ils puissent établir les formalités adéquates pour le transport des marchandises ;

-	Veiller au bon acheminement des marchandises confiées, représenter le client auprès des transporteurs, et gérer les éventuelles réclamations ou litige lié à un acheminement ;

-	Respecter les procédures internes et la réglementation en vigueur, liées à l'activité ;

-	Optimiser les coûts, marges et chiffre d'affaires pour chaque expédition ;

-	Réaliser la facturation auprès du client

Le poste est polyvalent et nos équipes suivent leurs dossiers de bout en bout et développent des relations de confiance et de proximité avec nos clients.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Titulaire d'un bac +3 spécialisé en douanes, commerce international ou transport, vous avez poursuivi dans une spécialité douane ou avez une expérience significative d'au moins 8 ans dans ce métier.
Bon communiquant aussi bien à l'écrit qu'à l'oral, vous êtes reconnu pour votre orientation clients et votre goût pour le travail d'équipe.

Le/la responsable de service Overseas et Douane organise, accompagne et anime une équipe de 8 personnes composée de déclarants en douane et d'agents de transit import/export. Il/elle pilote la recherche, la négociation et la mise en œuvre de solutions de transport optimales pour les clients, en s'appuyant sur un ensemble de sous-traitants dans le respect des normes de coût, qualité et délais définies par l'entreprise.

Vos missions : 

Management : 
-	Définir les objectifs du service en partenariat avec le Directeur de l'agence et la Région, piloter leur bonne réalisation ;
-	Animer, mobiliser et motiver l'équipe au quotidien ;
-	S'assurer du développement des compétences de l'équipe ; 
-	S'assurer du développement de la polyvalence et de la continuité de l'activité au travers notamment de la gestion des plannings ; 
-	Fournir un appui opérationnel aux équipes en cas de pics d'activité ou de besoin organisationnel ;

Relation avec les sous-traitants et le réseau :
-	Valider les choix de sous-traitants et négocier les tarifs d'achat ;
-	Collaborer avec le réseau pour développer de nouvelles solutions dans une démarche d'amélioration continue ;

Pilotage et reporting : 
-	Être garant du bon renseignement des données Overseas dans les logiciels d'exploitation ; 
-	Analyser les tableaux de bord de votre activité, établir des plans d'actions destinés à améliorer les résultats de votre activité ;
-	Assurer un reporting régulier auprès de votre management ;

Budget et Commerce : 
-	Participer à l'élaboration du budget annuel (chiffre d'affaires et marge brute) de votre activité ; 
-	Apporter le support technique nécessaire à l'action du commerce et contribuer au développement commercial de votre activité notamment en accompagnant de manière ponctuelle les commerciaux terrain ;
-	Assurer la réponse technique et tarifaire aux demandes clients.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Serbian Customs Brokerage License 
Experience in customs clearance operations, preferably working as a Customs Declarant, Import Specialist, or Trade Compliance Specialist
Strong knowledge of Serbian and European customs regulations
Advanced MS Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting
Familiarity with OCR technology for document processing
Experience working with CargoWise or similar customs management platforms
Ability to work with European customs systems such as Fiton, LSP, ASM Sequoia, EMMA, and Stream (experience with other systems is an advantage)
Preferred Experience:
Two to five years of experience in a similar customs/trade compliance role
Experience handling audits and compliance testing related to trade and import/export regulations
Familiarity with tariff classification, valuation, and preferential trade agreements&lt;br /&gt;

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position is responsible for the following activities, in compliance with regional and company guidelines:

The scope of the tests covers operations managed by Customer's service providers (LLPs, LSPs etc.), who will provide supporting documentation and evidence to support the testing process. The tests are named:

•	Imports
•	Exports
•	Classification 
•	Post Entry Adjustments (PEA) Analysis


The compliance testing includes also the following activities:

•	Obtain universe and supporting documentation from operation team
•	Perform compliance tests according to test requirement
•	Report operational process defects to the responsible LSP/Vendors for root cause analysis and follow up remediation with operation team.
•	Report compliance testing results to Customer on a periodic basis
•	Act as a responsible party for test results communication and error remediation with Geodis operation and client control tower.
•	Provide Customer all data and/or documentation required to support the monthly validation of compliance testing.
•	Support Customer in taking action to eliminate the root cause of all incorrect test results identified during validation by Customer (incorrect test result = Geodis failed to identify a defect which was subsequently identified during validation by Customer).
•	Support periodic Customer internal and Government audits and reviews as mutually agreed with Customer, relating only to activities performed by the Geodis in OMS Trade Compliance Support.
•	Provide analytic reports for test related per request of internal customer and external customer.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Education:
