Key Activities / Accountabilities 

•	Work safely at all times following all company Health &amp; Safety procedures
•	Report any near misses, accidents or Health &amp; Safety concerns immediately to your Shift Leader or Manager
•	Picking and packing customer orders using hand scanners and labelling boxes
•	Report any quality issues or damages immediately to your Shift Leader or Manager
•	Loading and unloading vehicles
•	Wrapping pallets for despatch or put away
•	Rework and customization of customer orders
•	Checking returns and repacking products
•	Checking off inbound deliveries, labelling and repalletizing
•	Scanning stock away in to pallet and shelving locations
•	Stock counting
•	Stock replenishment and consolidation
•	Maintain a high level of housekeeping at all times and clean as you go
•	Follow all company policies, procedures and SOP's as per your training
•	Only use equipment you have been trained to use and follow all SSOW procedures when using them
•	Maintain high productivity rates whilst ensuring quality is not affected
•	Training on new processes, equipment and contracts as required
•	Complete remedial training to improve any quality or productivity concerns as required
•	Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
•	Share your improvement ideas and be rewarded
Special Working Conditions
Need to be comfortable with working in a fast paced and multi skilled environment where daily tasks will vary and is target driven to meet customer deadlines.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Essential Education and/ or Training
•	English speaking and can undertake training to understand processes and Health &amp; Safety briefs etc
•	Need to be able to understand company documents and customer picking sheets etc
•	A good level of numeracy to ensure quality is maintained and work is completed right first time
Preferred Experience and Knowledge
•	Previous warehouse experience
•	Used to working in a multi skilled environment and learning new processes

L'affréteur(se) est responsable de l'ensemble de la gestion des transports confiés par les clients, conformément aux procédures opérationnelles standard du groupe.
Vos missions principales :
- Traitement des demandes de transport des clients de l'entreprise ;
- Identification et sélection des transporteurs routiers les plus adaptés pour le travail à effectuer ;
- Négociations des tarifs clients et sous-traitants dans un objectif de rentabilité,
- Planification et organisation des opérations de transport ;
- Suivre le bon déroulement des prestations et maintenir un excellent niveau de communication avec les clients à toutes les étapes du processus de transport ;
- Gérer les anomalies ;
- Veiller à la satisfaction des clients et au respect des réglementations en vigueur ;
- Développer, fidéliser et suivre le portefeuille d'affrétés.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Diplômé d'un Bac+2 transport ou équivalent et/ou doté d'une expérience dans le transport, vous êtes réactif(ve), rigoureux(se) et force de proposition.
Vous disposez obligatoirement de connaissances dans le domaine du transport de marchandises et sa réglementation.
Vous êtes en mesure de concilier la satisfaction clients et les objectifs de rentabilité.
Votre esprit commercial, votre excellent relationnel, votre organisation, votre rigueur et votre capacité à trouver des solutions sont autant d'atouts qui vous permettront d'atteindre les objectifs fixés et de réussir dans notre société.
La maîtrise de l'anglais est un plus.&lt;br /&gt;
