A hybrid working arrangement with up to 2 days remote working per week will be permitted following successful completion of probation and training. The successful candidate can of course choose to work from the office full-time. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
•	Minimum of 1 year experience in a busy freight forwarding role. 
•	Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
•	Excellent English language communication &amp; interpersonal skills are required.
•	Good proficiency with Microsoft applications (Office 365 Suite) is required, and the candidate must be eager to learn other software used in the business. 
•	Must be a team player, while also having the ability to use their own initiative in their job as the varied tasks of this role will demand. 
•	Excellent organisational and time management skills are essential. 
•	Some flexibility of working hours may be required due to the time sensitive nature of the industry and our clients, especially on Friday evenings for export planning. 
•	Some proficiency in German, Spanish, French or Dutch would be an advantage. 





Education

•	Irish Leaving certificate or international equivalent is the minimum requirement.

•	A third level qualification, especially in a relevant area, would be an advantage but not an essential requirement.

Sous la responsabilité du Responsable camionnage, en tant que superviseur vos missions seront les suivantes : 
Préparation des tournées et mise en tournée
Participer au Géocodage quotidien.
Sur la base du débriefing de la veille et des différents reporting, préparer les tournées :
- en tenant compte des moyens humains et matériels à sa disposition,
- en contrôlant le bon déroulement des opérations de chargement pour les départs en tournée,
- dans le respect des impératifs de livraison et d'enlèvement,
- en prenant en compte la relivraison des colis en souffrance,
. en respectant les objectifs de performance,
- en utilisant les outils d'ordonnancement,
- en choisissant le jeu de tournée adapté à l'activité de la journée.
Répartir le travail entre les conducteurs et leur donner les informations nécessaires à la bonne exécution de la tournée 
(bordereaux de chargement, briefing au chargement / débriefing du chargement).
Réaliser quotidiennement le Top Conducteur. 
Contrôler la gestion des palettes Europe. 

Déroulement des tournées
Contrôler et renseigner le statut des OT non mis en livraison dans le TMS.
.Superviser les tournées en temps réel.
Traiter les anomalies remontées par les conducteurs en cours de tournée.

Retour des tournées
Superviser sur son secteur les activités en lien avec le retour des tournées (sur son créneau horaire) :
- recueil des anomalies et particularités des tournées,
- recueil des documents relatifs aux tournées,
- transfert des données des tournées vers les outils d'exploitation 
En dehors de son créneau horaire, se coordonner avec les exploitants camionnage en charge du retour de ses tournées

QSE
Superviser sur son secteur :
- la bonne application des processus de qualité, 
- le bon entretien et fonctionnement des matériels,
- le respect de la propreté des zones de travail et celui des règles environnementales (tri des déchets…),
- la gestion des infrastructures,

To oversee and optimise daily Warehouse Operations, ensuring compliance with GEODIS &amp; Velux operational guidelines &amp; requirements. The Warehouse Lead provides a key role in managing resources, supporting logistics chain optimisation, and maintaining the efficiency and profitability of warehouse activities.

Key Objectives
•	Operational Efficiency: Ensure warehouse operations are aligned with GEODIS objectives &amp; adhere to operational requirements as specified by Velux
•	Compliance: Ensure that all warehouse activities meet the standards set in general rules and operational guidelines.
•	Resource Management: Lead and coordinate warehouse staff to maximize productivity, uphold safety standards, and maintain operational efficiencies and customer requirements.
Operational Management
•	For Velux, oversee daily warehouse activities, including order management, inbound/outbound flows, and inventory control, to ensure efficient and profitable operations. 
•	Support implementation of logistics chain optimisation, last-mile delivery, and return logistics as required to ensure Geodis meet Velux KPI's
•	Ensure warehouse utilisation is in line with Velux requirements

Team Leadership

•	Lead, train, and coordinate the warehouse team to ensure consistent application of best practices and safety protocols.
•	Foster collaboration among team members and with other departments (Transport, IT, etc.).
•	Manage Team including identifying development, training requirements and performance monitoring (Team KPI's).

Process Support
•	Particpate in continious improvement initiatives and ensure accurate and timely completion of required documentation, reporting and adherence to Geodis/Velux process requirements.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

•	Minimum of 1 year experience in a busy freight forwarding role. 
•	Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
•	Excellent English language communication &amp; interpersonal skills are required.
•	Good proficiency with Microsoft applications (Office 365 Suite) is required, and the candidate must be eager to learn other software used in the business. 
•	Must be a team player, while also having the ability to use their own initiative in their job as the varied tasks of this role will demand. 
•	Excellent organisational and time management skills are essential. 
•	Some flexibility of working hours may be required due to the time sensitive nature of the industry and our clients, especially on Friday evenings for export planning. 
•	Some proficiency in German, Spanish, French or Dutch would be an advantage. 





Education

•	Irish Leaving certificate or international equivalent is the minimum requirement.

•	A third level qualification, especially in a relevant area, would be an advantage but not an essential requirement.

Préparation des tournées et mise en tournée
Participer au Géocodage quotidien.

Déroulement des tournées
Contrôler et renseigner le statut des OT non mis en livraison dans le TMS.
.Superviser les tournées en temps réel.
Traiter les anomalies remontées par les conducteurs en cours de tournée.

Retour des tournées
Superviser sur son secteur les activités en lien avec le retour des tournées (sur son créneau horaire) :
- recueil des anomalies et particularités des tournées,
- recueil des documents relatifs aux tournées,
- transfert des données des tournées vers les outils d'exploitation 
En dehors de son créneau horaire, se coordonner avec les exploitants camionnage en charge du retour de ses tournées

Superviser sur son secteur :
- la bonne application des processus de qualité, 
- le bon entretien et fonctionnement des matériels,
