•	Provide support on TMS to users, in line with OPS policies and business needs in order to ensure an optimized utilization of our Operational TMS, Rate and bidding application.
•	Ensure an optimized utilization of our Operational TMS, and our GFF inhouse Rate and bidding applications by providing the support to users, supporting the deployment of new functionalities, performing (re) training on specific functionalities, identify opportunities for process improvements and drive best practice sharing.
•	Analysis, classification and solve Incidents related to our TMS system.
•	Review the approval tests on functionality of new versions provided by our software supplier
•	Provide TMS application support on global scale
•	To promote in the L2 members to Identify TMS and helpdesk application training needs.
•	Review the schedule for the Global and country specific trainings
•	Work closely with team members, Key Users (Level 1 Support), application specialists (Level 3) and TMS vendor (Level 4) for incident issues
•	Support of local country key-users on how to use the TMS
•	Assist with the creation of solutions for IT Incidents and/or monitor progress while escalated to higher level support groups
•	Evaluate effectiveness of training and provides feedback on improvement possibilities
•	Monitor quality of system utilization by users, in line with policies and standards, and initiate corrective and escalate actions if needed to ensure an optimized utilization of our Operational TMS
•	Administer ticket handling records aligning time response with the Team
•	Administer, analyse and report testing results to System Administrator Manager
•	Administer and report the issues to countries
•	Administer and report the Accreditation process to countries
•	Administer and report the KPI's GSDM report to System Administrator Manager
•	Administer OPS documentation in Intranet
•	Analyse and classification of IT Incidents of our TMS for all enabled countries and Geodis companies
•	Administer the documentation of IT Incidents in the helpdesk ticket system, tracking of problem solving and controlling of the service quality development 
•	Major Incident Management and communication
•	Participate in Testing.
•	Create reports and comply to SLA and KPI for organization.
Candidate will be required to work in irregular shifts including Night shifts and occasional support on weekends to support the major changes and releases.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Overall Experience between 5- 7 years (Business background 3 years' experience in logistics and forwarding or an IT background with 3 experiences in support of logistics systems).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position is responsible for the following activities, in compliance with regional and company guidelines:

The scope of the tests covers operations managed by Customer's service providers (LLPs, LSPs etc.), who will provide supporting documentation and evidence to support the testing process. The tests are named:

•	Imports
•	Exports
•	Classification 
•	Post Entry Adjustments (PEA) Analysis


The compliance testing includes also the following activities:

•	Obtain universe and supporting documentation from operation team
•	Perform compliance tests according to test requirement
•	Report operational process defects to the responsible LSP/Vendors for root cause analysis and follow up remediation with operation team.
•	Report compliance testing results to Customer on a periodic basis
•	Act as a responsible party for test results communication and error remediation with Geodis operation and client control tower.
•	Provide Customer all data and/or documentation required to support the monthly validation of compliance testing.
•	Support Customer in taking action to eliminate the root cause of all incorrect test results identified during validation by Customer (incorrect test result = Geodis failed to identify a defect which was subsequently identified during validation by Customer).
•	Support periodic Customer internal and Government audits and reviews as mutually agreed with Customer, relating only to activities performed by the Geodis in OMS Trade Compliance Support.
•	Provide analytic reports for test related per request of internal customer and external customer.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
DESIRED MINIMUM PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Education: 
•	University or College Degree
•	Logistics/Supply chain/International Trade background preferred
•	Ocean Freight Experience is an added advantage

Language: 
•	English Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking
