Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field

3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position, and in particular in a role as head of a payroll department.

•	Strong ability to manage payroll operations, as well as plan, allocate, and monitor operational budgets and workforce resources.
•	Proven skills in supporting organizational change, communicating effectively, and minimizing resistance during transitions.
•	Expertise in labor relations, including negotiating with unions, managing collective bargaining, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
•	Proficient in leveraging HR systems, tools, and databases, and in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

Based in Czech Republic, in Pribram, as the QHSE Officer across our sites in Slovakia and Czech Republic, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance, continuous improvement, and employee engagement in all matters related to Quality, Health, Safety, Security, Environment (QHSE), as well as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). You will work closely with site directors and operational teams to promote a safe, sustainable, and socially responsible workplace.

Main Responsibilities:
•	Ensure ongoing regulatory monitoring and compliance for all HSE matters.
•	Oversee and annually update HSE risk assessments; support Site Directors in implementing corrective action plans.
•	Define and optimize processes to ensure compliance with relevant HSE regulations and standards.
•	Ensure the coordination of local QHSE Management Systems to maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications and drive their continuous improvement.
•	Coordinate the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of key QHSE performance indicators.
•	Lead the preparation and follow-up of QHSE audits (internal and external).
•	Support operational teams in analyzing workplace accidents and provide safety expertise when necessary.
•	Advise and support the launch of new activities requiring specialized QHSE expertise.
•	Drive CSR initiatives, including but not limited to: 
o	Promoting sustainable business practices and environmental stewardship on all sites.
o	Coordinating CSR awareness campaigns and staff training.
o	Monitoring and reporting on CSR KPIs, such as carbon footprint, waste reduction, and social impact.
o	Engaging with local communities and stakeholders to support company social responsibility goals.
o	Supporting the implementation of company Diversity &amp; Inclusion (D&amp;I) policies.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
You are a graduate for a Master in QHSE Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environment;

You have at least 3 years' experience in the QSE field, ideally with knowledge of a transport activity.

Skills required :
•	Proven experience in QHSE management, ISO standards and regulatory compliance.
•	Knowledge of CSR principles and practical application in an industrial/logistics environment.
•	Excellent communication and coordination skills.
•	Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.

Network Strategy &amp; Management

Procurement Strategy
• Define Procurement Strategy and its underlying subcontractor portfolio for the group and ensure execution
• Define standards for the global procurement and the delineation of procurement responsibilities.
• Develop and maintain the procurement planning process.

Carrier Selection and Contracting
• Negotiate core subcontractor agreements, including global rate, capacity and service agreements and related incentives
• Define contract standards in close alignment with legal department
• Set KPI-framework to be applied in the countries for specific SLAs with carriers
• Provide support (e.g. driven by negotiated carrier incentive agreements) to country product teams to support cargo steering according to contractual incentives

Regional Commercial Carrier and Subcontractor Management
• Develop carrier evaluation methodology and guidelines with CHO for sustainable carrier relationship and performance management in alignment with Standards &amp; Governance
• Align with Compliance and QHSE to ensure all carriers and subcontractors policies are in line with all current rules and regulations
• Monitor and control core, strategic, tactical carriers
• Act as regional escalation point and resolve procurement issues with carriers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic carriers 

Procurement Performance Management &amp; Carrier Incentive Management
• Ensure adherence of Procurement to agreed standards

General &amp; Revenue Management
• Keep abreast of industry changes, market situation and customer requirements; update all respective working colleagues within the geographies on the changes of market conditions
Participate in joint Sales meeting and Weekly Airfreight calls
• Determine Net Achieved Rates per season together with Global RCOM Team and Regional Airfreight Director (cost)
Participate in joint customer visits
Development of consolidation ratio – report / dashboard
Setup fixed cost for mid and long term in cooperation with the country teams&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Economics/ Logistics
• 5-10 years of work experience (minimum)
• 5-10 years of overall industry experience (minimum)
