Key Activities / Accountabilities 

•	Work safely at all times following all company Health &amp; Safety procedures

•	Complete remedial training to improve any quality or productivity concerns as required

Special Working Conditions
Need to be comfortable with working in a fast paced and multi skilled environment where daily tasks will vary and is target driven to meet customer deadlines.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Essential Education and/ or Training
•	English speaking and can undertake training to understand processes and Health &amp; Safety briefs etc

•	Previous warehouse experience

O Analista de Desembaraço Aduaneiro Júnior é responsável por apoiar a execução dos processos de desembaraço aduaneiro de embarques de importação e exportação. Essa função contribui para o cumprimento das regulamentações aduaneiras, auxilia na preparação e conferência de documentação, acompanha a tramitação dos processos junto às autoridades aduaneiras e presta suporte à equipe e aos clientes durante as etapas do desembaraço.

Principais Responsabilidades:

Auxiliar nos processos de desembaraço aduaneiro de importação e exportação, garantindo conformidade com a legislação vigente;
Conferir, organizar e arquivar documentação necessária para as operações aduaneiras;
Acompanhar o andamento dos processos junto aos órgãos anuentes (Receita Federal, MAPA, ANVISA, entre outros), sob orientação;
Alimentar e atualizar os sistemas de gestão aduaneira utilizados pela empresa;
Prestar suporte no atendimento a clientes internos e externos, fornecendo informações sobre status dos processos;
Monitorar prazos e sinalizar possíveis pendências, riscos ou necessidades de ajustes à equipe responsável;
Manter comunicação com despachantes, transportadoras e terminais, sempre que necessário e sob supervisão;

Requisitos:

* Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätskontrolle oder Qualitätssicherung
* Ausgeprägte Projektmanagement- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
* Hohe Kommunikationskompetenz sowie ein sicheres und professionelles Auftreten
