As a Gateway Forwarder Air, you work to find the best possible air transport solutions for cargo based on our customers' needs. You continuously receive shipment bookings and price inquiries from GEODIS air offices in Sweden. Your primary customers are our internal air offices, but you also maintain ongoing contact with airlines, terminals, trucking companies, and our agents around the world. The team is part of a large global network and has many points of contact both internally and externally. Your main responsibilities include: - Procurement of cost-effective and high-quality air transport solutions. - Book shipments with airlines and trucking companies. - Delivery monitoring/deviation reporting. - Documentation and invoicing. - Handling claims. - Contribute to the team's development and improvement of working methods and processes.

- Fluent in Swedish and English, in speech and writing. - Experience from working with air freight forwarding, primarily in exports. - Good knowledge about the Swedish freight forwarding industry and market. - Post-secondary education in logistics or freight forwarding is a merit. - Experience in using CargoWise1.

As a Project Logistics Operations Specialist, your primary focus is to plan and organize tailored logistics solutions for projects and special cargo. You are responsible for your own customers, projects, and shipments, but you work closely with your colleagues in Sweden, GEODIS's global network, as well as customers, suppliers, and partners worldwide. Main responsibilities: - Develop relationships and business with existing customers and suppliers. - Manage shipments and projects from inquiry all the way to invoicing. - Be responsible for customer contact and follow-up via phone and visits. - Respond to supplier and customer inquiries. - Contribute to the team's development and improvement of work methods, routines, and processes.

We believe you have several years of experience in freight forwarding and it is highly beneficial if you have worked with project logistics and special transports before. The team works with sea, air, and road transport, so it is an advantage if you have worked with several modes of transport. Swedish and English are used daily, so it´s preferred to speak and write both languages fluently. The role suits someone who is flexible, solution-oriented, and independently drives their work forward. You have the ability to plan and organize projects and special transports from start to finish, act proactively, and have good structure. You value good communication and collaboration with both external and internal partners and always focus on excellent service and quality.

Reporting to the Global Freight Forwarding Applications' Manager, within an international team, the application specialist's key responsibility is to document and keep an updated view of historical evolution of Registry & Security settings, workflows & documents with evidence of these having been aligned with the existing rules & principles. The main missions are : 1. Document within the TMS Application • Keeping the correct balance between coping with local requirements while minimizing the maintenance • Maintain existing documents & support worldwide requesters for new document • Investigate ways to simplify the existing set ups • Ensure that critical pieces of workflows are duly accounted for by owners of regression test plans. 2. SQL Queries - CargowiseOne Data Base • Create simple & complex queries to support requests from process, management & technical teams • Support to the business: functional team from a setting standpoint, and support internal clients from an Application standpoint 3. Maintenance of the App Monitoring Hub • Maintain the existing functionalities (Edi flows, videos usage, WiseTech Invoice) • Create new dashboard
