Préparation de la tournée
Etre responsable du bon chargement de son véhicule en :
- respectant la concordance colis-écriture,
- respectant la sécurité des marchandises,
- en les pointant avec le smartphone mobicop,
- dans la conformité des réglementations en vigueur.
Signaler les anomalies à son management (état des colis, colis manquants, etc.).
Ordonnancer sa tournée.

Déroulement de la tournée
Procéder aux livraisons et aux enlèvements en effectuant tous les contrôles nécessaires dans le strict respect des procédures du Groupe et des horaires prévus en utilisant les moyens de manutention mis à sa disposition.
Remonter en temps réel l'ensemble des informations liées à la tournée (contestations client, colis non livrés, etc.) au travers de l'utilisation du mobicop et toute information de nature commerciale.

Retour de tournée
Signaler toutes les anomalies et particularités de sa tournée (bilan des livraisons et enlèvements) à son management.
Remettre les documents relatifs à la tournée à son management.
Transférer les données de la tournée vers l'outil d'exploitation ("vider" son mobicop) et remettre toute la documentation concernant la tournée.
S'assurer de la prise en charge des colis non livrés (informer le service concerné et /ou les restituer).

QSE
Contrôler le bon état de son véhicule et de ses matériels, les maintenir en état de propreté, remonter toute anomalie à son management.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Permis C exigé + CQC + carte conducteur
ADR
Connaissance de la géographie du secteur 72 est un plus
Connaissance des moyens et techniques de chargement (dont postures, symboles de manutention...)
Maitrise de la communication de façon écrite et orale.&lt;br /&gt;

Vos missions :

Pilotage de l'exploitation et de la performance opérationnelle
Élaborer, piloter et optimiser le plan de transport dans une logique de performance, de productivité et de maîtrise des coûts
Garantir la bonne exécution des opérations dans le respect des objectifs de qualité de service 
Définir les ressources optimales à déployer (humaines, matérielles et financières) afin d'atteindre les objectifs opérationnels 
Prioriser les actions et réaliser les arbitrages nécessaires en tenant compte des enjeux économiques et qualitatifs
Suivre les indicateurs clés de performance et mettre en œuvre les plans d'actions associés
Assurer le reporting et l'analyse de l'activité afin de proposer des axes d'amélioration continue

Gestion des sous-traitants et des partenaires

Assurer l'interface avec les clients et les parties prenantes externes
Superviser la bonne application des accords clients lors de l'exécution des prestations
Participer à la politique de satisfaction globale des parties prenantes

Garantir l'application des politiques et processus internes QSE

Expérience confirmée de minimum 3 ans dans le management dans une entreprise de plus de 50

The Objectives of the FF Finance IT Department are: 

•	To design, standardize, maintain and optimize the Finance Core Model processes within our main systems (NextGen, Basware, Dynamics AX, SAP, EPM, BO Finance) to deliver data reliability and productivity gains expected by Geodis Freight Forwarding LoB
•	Lead from FF LoB the implementation of Global projects such as MDM, EPM and the new ERP System. 
•	To support the HQ, regional and local Finance teams to be compliant with the core and local processes/rules.
•	To support the BI department to implement solutions satisfying the best practices of our business.

•	Organize and lead project meetings, including regular follow-ups and escalation sessions with key stakeholders.

•	Develop, maintain, and monitor high-level and detailed project plans, ensuring timely reporting to the Finance IT Director.

•	Provide daily leadership and oversight to the Finance IT Project Team, including Project Officers and Analysts.

•	Gain deep understanding of financial accounting, operational finance, and business processes to identify pain points and propose innovative, value-driven solutions.

•	Analyse and recommend best practices to automate, optimize, simplify, and secure finance-related business processes, enhancing operational efficiency and value creation.

•	Lead the harmonization and implementation of core finance systems, aligning with the FF Finance Core Model to streamline processes across tools (OPS/FIN/BI).

•	Participate in special projects and perform assigned duties, including research, validation, testing, and documentation as required.

•	Design, validate, and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) solutions within the Finance stream to support business insights and decision-making.

•	Validate new system enhancements, assess associated risks, and ensure proper implementation within CW1, focusing on Finance system configuration and processes.

•	Monitor and maintain the PS System, including reconciliation processes, system developments, enhancements, and regression testing.

•	Ensure proper documentation and regular updates of all Finance processes, promoting knowledge sharing across the organization.

•	Provide continuous support to FF Finance Key Users at the local, regional, and HQ levels, acting as a key liaison for issue resolution and system improvement.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
•	Bachelor degree with minimum 10 years of experience in Logistics 
•	Fluent in English (written and verbal);
•	Deep understanding of FF Finance Core Processes and Finance Systems ( AX, Basware, Qliksense)
•	Experience in Cargowise system, both finance processes and system configuration is a plus
•	Great level of understanding on Financial Accounting and Controlling business processes
•	Project Management Experience 
•	Strong financial analysis skills, detailed oriented with expert knowledge of accounting procedures
•	Highly proficient PC skills including; Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, etc.)
•	International experience and mind-set
•	Ability to design and deploy application roadmaps, with solid technical and functional landscape

As Key Accounts Director for SCO, the position holder is responsible for leading the team of Global Key Account Managers and overseeing the worldwide coordination of key accounts, including strategy definition, inside sales, operational performance, and financial results.

They represent Geodis at a senior level for all aspects of key customer relationships, acting as the central link between clients and all internal functions.

The position holder is responsible for the following activities for Geodis SCO, in compliance with Group, SCO, and Regional guidelines:

Strategy definition and Customer Management

•	Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Global Key Account Managers, ensuring best practices and continuous improvement in account management.
•	Drive the overall health and growth of strategic relationships with key customers across SCO.
•	Oversee the creation and maintenance of customer cards and communication matrices at a global level.
•	Analyze full supply chain customer spending to identify and realize new business opportunities.
•	Guide the expansion of Geodis' presence within customer organizations, fostering deep and broad partnerships.
•	Propose and implement service optimizations to improve performance for both the customer and their end customers.
•	Anticipate, understand, and steer organization-wide responses to customer scope changes, ensuring effective change management.
•	Supervise the handling of Change Management Requests and contract/SOW addenda at a strategic level.
•	Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among the Key Account Management team and across regions.

Inside sales

•	Present consolidated performance reports on major accounts to senior management, highlighting trends, perspectives, and strategic recommendations.
•	Provide expertise, operational knowledge, and leadership within the SCO organization.
•	Support the team in responding to customer tenders and on-demand requests, ensuring coordinated and effective input.
•	Collaborate with Procurement teams to define global buying strategies.

Operational performance

•	Oversee the resolution of escalations, ensuring issues are addressed rapidly and systematically.

•	Guarantee timely and accurate provision of KPIs, ensuring visibility and accountability.
•	Collaborate with Procurement to monitor supplier performance.
•	Partner with Transformation teams to increase supply chain visibility and innovation for key customers.

Financial results

•	Drive profitable revenue growth with key customers, at both account and portfolio levels.
•	Ensure the achievement of EBIT targets and overdue objectives.

Profile:

•	Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
•	15–20 years' experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management, with a significant portion in people leadership roles.
