Nous recherchons un(e) exploitant(e) pour notre agence de Nantes (44).

Rattaché au Directeur d'exploitation, vous avez pour principales missions d'affecter les moyens (humains et matériels) pour répondre aux demandes de transport (zone courte) dans une perspective d'optimisation et de rentabilité, tout en respectant les exigences de qualité et sécurité (RSE/QHSE).

Vous serez chargé (e) :
- Construire le plan de transport en veillant à optimiser les moyens humains et matériels;
- Suivre le bon déroulement des prestations de transport
- Assurer le suivi client;
- Gérer et manager les équipes de conducteurs;
- Faire respecter, contrôler les règles d'hygiènes-sécurité ainsi que les procédures internes ;
- Calculer et optimiser la rentabilité ;
- Assurer l'administratif et le reporting de l'activité (statistiques, indicateurs qualité …).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Diplômé d'un bac + 2 à Bac +3 d'une formation supérieure en Transport. Nous recherchons un opérationnel de terrain, dynamique, autonome, polyvalent et surtout vif d'esprit ayant une expérience solide d'au moins 3 ans sur un poste similaire. Vous à l'aise avec les outils informatiques et faites preuve des qualités indispensables à la fonction : réactivité, rigueur, force de propositions.&lt;br /&gt;

Kvalifikationer:

Minimum tre års erfaring med salg i felten
Uddannet speditør
Godt branchekendskab til logistik og transport&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Du har mindst tre års erfaring fra en lignende salgsrolle, er uddannet speditør og har solid brancheerfaring – gerne med kendskab til både luft- og søfragt. Du er udadvendt, struktureret og resultatorienteret, og du motiveres af at opbygge relationer, skabe vækst og udvikle nye muligheder. Du trives med det opsøgende salg, face-to-face møder og formår at tilrettelægge din egen arbejdsdag, så du når dine mål og bidrager til teamets succes.&lt;br /&gt;

•	Deliver GP Budgets for the Territory;

Network Strategy &amp; Management
• Define Network Strategy in cooperation with Charter Network that enables long-term growth plans
• Continuously review network assets and infrastructure (gateways, hubs and feeder services) to deliver optimal productivity and consistent quality of service to the internal and external customer
• Develop short-term network plans (commercial / scheduled charter) within Network Strategy to react on market conditions/requirements

Capacity Planning and Management 
• Liaise with Charter Network the availability of capacity at costs and supports reaching the margin targets defined
• Coordinate with Regional Airfreight or Trade-lane Management to procure additional capacity to supplement existing capacity requirements
•	Optimisation of profitability / co-loader markets
•	Manage, optimise &amp; monitor internal contacts, SOP (process) / SLA (KPIs) 

Procurement Strategy
• Define Procurement Strategy and its underlying subcontractor portfolio for the group and ensure execution
• Define standards for the global procurement and the delineation of procurement responsibilities.
• Develop and maintain the procurement planning process.

Carrier Selection and Contracting
• Negotiate core subcontractor agreements, including global rate, capacity and service agreements and related incentives
• Define contract standards in close alignment with legal department
• Set KPI-framework to be applied in the countries for specific SLAs with carriers
• Provide support (e.g. driven by negotiated carrier incentive agreements) to country product teams to support cargo steering according to contractual incentives

Regional Commercial Carrier and Subcontractor Management
• Develop carrier evaluation methodology and guidelines with CHO for sustainable carrier relationship and performance management in alignment with Standards &amp; Governance
• Align with Compliance and QHSE to ensure all carriers and subcontractors policies are in line with all current rules and regulations
• Monitor and control core, strategic, tactical carriers
• Act as regional escalation point and resolve procurement issues with carriers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic carriers 

Procurement Performance Management &amp; Carrier Incentive Management
• Ensure adherence of Procurement to agreed standards

General &amp; Revenue Management
• Keep abreast of industry changes, market situation and customer requirements; update all respective working colleagues within the geographies on the changes of market conditions
Participate in joint Sales meeting and Weekly Airfreight calls
• Determine Net Achieved Rates per season together with Global RCOM Team and Regional Airfreight Director (cost)
Participate in joint customer visits
Development of consolidation ratio – report / dashboard
Setup fixed cost for mid and long term in cooperation with the country teams&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Economics/ Logistics
• 5-10 years of work experience (minimum)
• 5-10 years of overall industry experience (minimum)
• 5-10 years of experience in people management and leadership, including recruitment, training &amp; development, coaching, conflict and performance management (minimum)
• 5-10 years of experience in Logistics procurement (minimum)
• International working experience preferred
• CargoWise Knowledge is a plus
