• Minimum of 1 year experience in a busy freight forwarding role. • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail. • Excellent English language communication & interpersonal skills are required. • Good proficiency with Microsoft applications (Office 365 Suite) is required, and the candidate must be eager to learn other software used in the business. • Must be a team player, while also having the ability to use their own initiative in their job as the varied tasks of this role will demand. • Excellent organisational and time management skills are essential. • Some flexibility of working hours may be required due to the time sensitive nature of the industry and our clients, especially on Friday evenings for export planning. • Some proficiency in German, Spanish, French or Dutch would be an advantage.
