• Once a new business is landed, ensure that the handover to the operational team is done
accurately, through a local SOP, identifying the service sold, the suppliers to be used and
ensuring that the selling rates are updated in CW1.
• Ensure that the customers under its perimeter meet the agreed payment terms.
• Use the standard quotation tool of GEODIS (CW1 Quotation module) and avoid quoting in email or excel. Exceptions to be approved by the branch manager and the national sales
manager.
• Help and promote the usage of the GEODIS digital tools within the customers: IRIS
Quotation tool, IRIS Booking tool, IRIS Track and trace, etc…
• Communicate upwards ensuring that the market information is duly known by the rest of the
sales team (including the branch managers).
• Ensure that the business is run according to the basics of the Freight Forwarding Line of
Business and the specific local guidelines established in the country.
• Ensure that the payment conditions of the new customers are approved beforehand
according to the national guidelines of payment insurance.
• Contribute to the overall goals of GEODIS, promoting and selling the 5 Lines of Businesses
offer to any of the existing and new accounts.
• Use linkedin as a selling tool promoting GEODIS brand, leveraging your social reputation and
targeting prospects.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Homme ou Femme de terrain avec de l'ambition et doté(e) d'un très bon relationnel, votre autonomie, vos capacités managériales et votre adaptabilité sont des atouts pour réussir à ce poste.

Définir les objectifs régionaux et l'ensemble des moyens (financiers, humains, techniques) nécessaires à leur atteinte, notamment participer à l'élaboration du budget de votre domaine et le suivre ;
Analyser et optimiser l'ensemble des indicateurs de votre activité (qualité, productivité, rentabilité), en assurer le reporting auprès de votre management et de la Direction LOB et établir des plans d'actions destinés à améliorer les résultats de votre activité ;
Travailler avec les services support de la Région à l'atteinte des objectifs ;

Animer les Responsables Affrètement et Directeurs d'Agence (sur le domaine affrètement, lots) ;

• Help and promote the usage of the GEODIS digital tools within the customers: IRIS
Quotation tool, IRIS Booking tool, IRIS Track and trace, etc…
• Communicate upwards ensuring that the market information is duly known by the rest of the
sales team (including the branch managers).
• Ensure that the business is run according to the basics of the Freight Forwarding Line of
Business and the specific local guidelines established in the country.
• Ensure that the payment conditions of the new customers are approved beforehand
according to the national guidelines of payment insurance.
• Contribute to the overall goals of GEODIS, promoting and selling the 5 Lines of Businesses
offer to any of the existing and new accounts.
• Use linkedin as a selling tool promoting GEODIS brand, leveraging your social reputation and

1. First point of contact for customer/partners/carriers for operational support for end-to-end
 logistics activities, including booking, imports, exports, warehousing, inventory management, local delivery, loss and damage claim handling etc.
2. Coordinating with various oversea regional forwarders, brokers and warehouse operators and local distributors to support timely receipt and delivery of shipments to customers.
3. Review and ensure the quality of all shipment reports, evaluate information sources for accuracy, reliability and relevance.
4. Handling escalation cases and critical shipment orders from customers. Efficiently coordinate with customers and various oversea regional teams to resolve logistics supply chain issues in timely manners, satisfying customers' requirements.
5. Carry out weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting 
6. Assist the manager to organize, reviews and prepare KPI report 
7. Be flexible to assist other team members with related task as required. 
8. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Majors in Logistics/Supply chain/International Trade/Business English are preferrable.
Good understanding of English in reading, writing, and speaking to meet daily business communication requirements.
Related working experience in Shipping line, freight forwarding industry is a plus.
Solid knowledge on import/export process in Asia Pacific countries.
Being experienced user of one or more IT systems used within the freight forwarding industry and MS Office applications.
Excellent communication skills in English (written &amp; verbal) and have good intercultural skills.
Customer-oriented, creative and a representative team player.&lt;br /&gt;
