FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES 

Toma de decisiones 

Asignar y asegurar el cumplimiento diario de las actividades operativas (recibo, embarque, embalaje, destrucción, medición etc.) a la plantilla de trabajo que se tiene asignada. 

 Cumplir con los indicadores que estipula el cliente. 

Aplicación de las 5's en sus áreas de trabajo. 

Cumplimiento de las tareas asignadas por su jefe inmediato de acuerdo con la posición. 

Cerciorar la seguridad del personal y de las instalaciones. 

Aplicación de las buenas prácticas de documentación. 

Generar y dar seguimiento al cumplimiento de objetivos de la plantilla a su cargo. 

Coordinar los materiales de la operación. 

Dar visibilidad del estatus de la operación. 

Cumplir con las Buenas Prácticas de Almacenamiento. 

Coordinar y administrar los recursos humanos y materiales para optimizar la operación diaria. 

Retroalimentar oportunamente a los equipos de trabajo sobre sus áreas de oportunidad. 

Sugerir mejoras de los procesos operativos. 

Actualizar los registros de operación, productividades, márgenes de error para mejorar o reconocer al personal a cargo. 

Revisar que el personal de nuevo ingreso ya cuente con las capacidades necesarias para sus actividades diarias. 

Reportar cualquier incidente o accidente que ocurra dentro del SITE. 

Reportar cualquier falta de probidad dentro del SITE. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Educación académica 

Licenciatura en Administración, Comercio Internacional o Ingeniería Industrial, Logística o a fines. 

Experiencia Mínima

• Executes priorities as directed by the Facility Lead.
• Project Specialists ensure the steady flow of Materials necessary for projects to ensure adequate materials are delivered at the correct time to enable the execution of the project in full as needed due to limited storage space for raw materials, coordinators help.
• Tracks inbound supply from vendor to cross-dock, (expedites if needed)
• Performs tasks to ensure the products/goods are received from cross-dock, sorted segregated, and stored in a special area at the PMF for the project.
• Processes and or manage internal warehouse transaction (Material transfer request)
• Create, Plan, and manage and executes: Pull/Pick list and ship (outbound warehouse activity) to meet project-requested delivery date (in alignment with transport planning).
• Specialists monitor materials flow to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
• Specialists observe trends and customer requests to create and maintain project schedule. Keeping track of operations requirements and purchasing expectations helps Specialists make sure the right material is available on time for the project.
• Manages project supply problems/ discrepancies requiring action and conducts root cause and corrective actions.
• Participation and or organize: SPA (Single point of accountability in Weekly project call. Provide status against target and transparency to issues/concerns related to project plan.
• Uses appropriate judgment in upward communication regarding department or employee concerns.
• Project specialists act as liaisons between Operations / Projects and other departments. They receive project plans and additional information to determine timelines and necessary materials. They also work to coordinate suppliers on an “as required” basis.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
• Has theoretical knowledge of distribution concepts as well as knowledge of best practices in the area of warehousing and physical distribution.
