A hybrid working arrangement with up to 2 days remote working per week will be permitted following successful completion of probation and training. The successful candidate can of course choose to work from the office full-time. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
•	Minimum of 1 year experience in a busy freight forwarding role. 
•	Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
•	Excellent English language communication &amp; interpersonal skills are required.
•	Good proficiency with Microsoft applications (Office 365 Suite) is required, and the candidate must be eager to learn other software used in the business. 
•	Must be a team player, while also having the ability to use their own initiative in their job as the varied tasks of this role will demand. 
•	Excellent organisational and time management skills are essential. 
•	Some flexibility of working hours may be required due to the time sensitive nature of the industry and our clients, especially on Friday evenings for export planning. 
•	Some proficiency in German, Spanish, French or Dutch would be an advantage. 





Education

•	Irish Leaving certificate or international equivalent is the minimum requirement.

•	A third level qualification, especially in a relevant area, would be an advantage but not an essential requirement.

Vous contribuerez à la satisfaction, la fidélisation et au développement des clients au travers d'une prestation de qualité (recherche de solutions présentant le meilleur rapport qualité/prix dans le respect les délais impartis, entretien de la relation au quotidien...).
Vous contribuerez à optimiser la marge d'affrètement (en négociant les tarifs avec les sous-traitants et les clients, en enrichissant le portefeuille de sous-traitants...).

Relation avec les sous-traitants

Sélectionner les sous-traitants pour réaliser les prestations et transmettre les instructions nécessaires.

Négocier avec les sous-traitants ponctuels un tarif compétitif d'achat des prestations.

Organiser les opérations d'enlèvement, d'acheminement et de distribution en veillant à leur bon déroulement (respect des règles de qualité, de sécurité, respect des exigences du client).

Suivre l'évolution du marché pour s'assurer d'acheter les meilleures prestations au meilleur prix.

Relation client

Gérer les demandes client :
- réceptionner les demandes des clients,
- analyser le besoin du client, la faisabilité du projet,
- faire une proposition au client (tarifs / délais)
- les informer du déroulement des prestations,
- proposer des solutions alternatives aux clients en cas de difficultés.

Entretenir la relation client au travers notamment de contacts téléphoniques permanents afin d'entretenir et développer le portefeuille.

Suivi des prestations

Saisir les opérations d'affrètement dans les logiciels d'exploitation et renseigner le RDI (une fois l'opération réalisée).


QSE

Assurer le suivi de la réalisation des prestations et gérer les incidents se produisant lors de leur déroulement.

Contrôler la conformité des dossiers d'affrètement (taxation achat / vente, conformité de l'émargement, etc.)

Suivi des prestations

Vous avez des connaissances géographiques européenne et des connaissances concernant la réglementation en vigueur. Vous serez amené(e) à développer votre portefeuille de transporteurs.

- Participer au pilotage de l'adéquation des moyens humains et matériels aux besoins de l'activité en anticipant les plannings matériels et collaborateurs (anticipation du recours à l'intérim, de la gestion des congés...).
- Animer, mobiliser et motiver les membres de son équipe.
- S'assurer du développement des compétences de son équipe et s'assurer de la continuité de l'activité (identification de back up...).
- Assurer l'intégration et l'accueil de nouveaux collaborateurs et intérimaires au sein de son équipe
- Être garant du respect des réglementations en vigueur, notamment sociales (temps de travail, etc).

Opérations de manutention

Participer aux opérations et assurer la bonne réalisation des opérations de manutention faites par son équipe : 
chargement et déchargement des véhicules, 
tri et ventilation des unités de manutention dans les travées prévues, 
pointage, 
contrôle de la concordance colis écriture (en utilisant les outils d'aide au pilotage).
Prendre les mesures d'urgence nécessaires en cas de problème / d'anomalie pouvant se traiter immédiatement.

QSE

Respecter et faire respecter les règles de sécurité des biens et des personnes (sécurisation des véhicules - plombage/ déplombage, flashage - port des équipements, etc) et de manutentions internes ainsi que l'ensemble des processus de son domaine.
Vérifier la propreté / le rangement du quai et le bon fonctionnement des matériels et outils mis à disposition au sein de son secteur 
Contribuer activement à la propreté du quai et des véhicules dans le respect des règles internes en matière d'environnement (tri sélectif, etc.).
Gérer, à son niveau, les risques sur le quai (risques de manutention, risques liés aux produits spécifiques : matières dangereuses, animaux vivants, etc.).

L'opérateur de quai assure le pointage, le chargement et le déchargement des véhicules et la ventilation des unités de manutention à quai, dans le respect des processus QSE, de la réglementation en vigueur et des impératifs économiques.

Opérations de manutention :

1/ Charger / décharger les véhicules en :

- Utilisant les matériels de manutention adaptés,
- Respectant les règles d'optimisation de volume, de sécurité et de soin des unités de
manutention,
- Respectant les processus d'étiquetage et de pointage,
- Contrôlant la concordance colis écriture (en utilisant les outils d'aide au pilotage).

2/ Trier et ventiler les unités de manutention dans les travées prévues.
3/ Alerter son management en cas de problème / d'anomalie.
4/ Gérer les souffrances
5/ Étiqueter les colis retours&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Coordinating the weighing result with the customer, internal transporter, airport operation, and customs broker.
Keeping in communication with customers' customs brokers and tracking until declarations are closed.
Checking flight departure and informing the customer.
Sending pre-alert documents to the overseas office based on the flight departure and uploading the relevant documents to the NXG system as e-docs.
If the shipment is payable in Turkey, checking with the finance department whether the company has a term/credit definition.
Sealing the income invoice issued from NXG through the soft system and then sharing it with the customer.
Entering milestone dates into the NXG system timely and accurately at every stage of the operation and in line with the company's KPI targets.
Performing a final check to ensure that income and expense items are entered correctly into NXG.
Informing the relevant unit manager for the CMP of the file.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Graduated from departments such as logistics, transportation, etc. at universities,
At least 4 years of work experience in a similar position,
Familiar with the logistics sector, not unfamiliar with sectoral definitions,
Proficient in using Microsoft systems and operational systems,
Fully familiar with air cargo terms and definitions,
For male candidates, having completed military service,
