Rattaché(e) au Directeur d'exploitation, vous aurez pour principales missions de : - construire et optimiser les plannings de transport de votre périmètre afin d'assurer la rentabilité des moyens, - manager une équipe de conducteurs, - informer les clients du déroulement des prestations et leur proposer des solutions alternatives en cas de difficultés, - suivre les indicateurs de performance (chiffre d'affaires, heures conducteurs, etc...), - contrôler et faire respecter les règles d'hygiène et sécurité et les process internes, - veiller au respect de la règlementation sociale, - assurer l'administratif et le reporting de l'activité.
