Vil du med på en spændende rejse, hvor du kan være med til at finde løsninger og håndtere transporter i hele verden indenfor project logistics?

Vi søger netop nu en kollega til vores project logistics team, én som vil være med til at sætte retningen for en afdeling i vækst. Du bliver en del af et team på 10 medarbejdere fordelt på 2 lokationer. Din første og vigtigste arbejdsopgave bliver at håndtere og eksekvere vores forsendelser, hvor der vil være fokus på dine kommunikationsevner samt god forståelse og viden af de processer der er i specialtransporter og til udviklingslande. Håndteringen af vores gods sker i samarbejde og med støtte fra vores globale GEODIS' søsterkontorer indenfor sø-, luft-, og vejtransport. Herudover vil der også være et stort fokus på at efterleve interne processer, opfølgning af kvalitet, indsamling af data samt overholdelse af compliance regler ift. interne og eksterne transportleverandører, samarbejdspartnere samt kunder.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Kvalifikationer

Uddannelsesforløb
Du vil blive en del af et struktureret uddannelsesforløb, der sikrer, at du som speditørelev får en grundig og alsidig uddannelse inden for vores spændende branche. Gennem din uddannelse vil en mentor være til stede for at støtte og vejlede dig i dine daglige opgaver, så du føler dig tryg og godt tilpas i hverdagen hos GEODIS. I løbet af de 2 år, som uddannelsen varer, vil du også deltage i cirka 10 ugers skoleophold, hvor du kan udvide din viden og dine færdigheder.


- Hvordan kan jeg komme i betragtning til at blive speditørelev hos GEODIS…

- Du har allerede gennemført en HHX, STX, HTX, HF eller EUX. Har du en STX, HTX eller HF, skal du tage et fem ugers supplerende EUS-kursus.

- Det kan også være via et grundforløb (HG2, HGV, HGS) fra en handelsskole, hvor der øverst på beviset skal stå ´Spedition &amp; Shipping´.

- Er du over 25 år, skal du have en realkompetencevurdering, hvis du følger en EUD-S eller en EUX-uddannelse.

Network Strategy &amp; Management
• Define Network Strategy in cooperation with Charter Network that enables long-term growth plans
• Continuously review network assets and infrastructure (gateways, hubs and feeder services) to deliver optimal productivity and consistent quality of service to the internal and external customer
• Develop short-term network plans (commercial / scheduled charter) within Network Strategy to react on market conditions/requirements

Capacity Planning and Management

Procurement Strategy
• Define Procurement Strategy and its underlying subcontractor portfolio for the group and ensure execution
• Define standards for the global procurement and the delineation of procurement responsibilities.
• Develop and maintain the procurement planning process.

Carrier Selection and Contracting
• Negotiate core subcontractor agreements, including global rate, capacity and service agreements and related incentives
• Define contract standards in close alignment with legal department
• Set KPI-framework to be applied in the countries for specific SLAs with carriers
• Provide support (e.g. driven by negotiated carrier incentive agreements) to country product teams to support cargo steering according to contractual incentives

Regional Commercial Carrier and Subcontractor Management
• Develop carrier evaluation methodology and guidelines with CHO for sustainable carrier relationship and performance management in alignment with Standards &amp; Governance
• Align with Compliance and QHSE to ensure all carriers and subcontractors policies are in line with all current rules and regulations
• Monitor and control core, strategic, tactical carriers
• Act as regional escalation point and resolve procurement issues with carriers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic carriers 

Procurement Performance Management &amp; Carrier Incentive Management
• Ensure adherence of Procurement to agreed standards

General &amp; Revenue Management
• Keep abreast of industry changes, market situation and customer requirements; update all respective working colleagues within the geographies on the changes of market conditions
Participate in joint Sales meeting and Weekly Airfreight calls
• Determine Net Achieved Rates per season together with Global RCOM Team and Regional Airfreight Director (cost)
Participate in joint customer visits
Development of consolidation ratio – report / dashboard
Setup fixed cost for mid and long term in cooperation with the country teams&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Economics/ Logistics
