The main missions are :

	1. Document within the TMS Application
• Keeping the correct balance between coping with local requirements while minimizing the maintenance
• Maintain existing documents &amp; support worldwide requesters for new document 
• Investigate ways to simplify the existing set ups
• Ensure that critical pieces of workflows are duly accounted for by owners of regression test plans.

	2. SQL Queries - CargowiseOne Data Base 
• Create simple &amp; complex queries to support requests from process, management &amp; technical teams
• Support to the business: functional team from a setting standpoint, and support internal clients from an Application standpoint

	3. Maintenance of the App Monitoring Hub
• Maintain the existing functionalities (Edi flows, videos usage, WiseTech Invoice)
• Create new dashboard&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Qualifications for the position :
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field with knowledge and/or interest in Application
• Usage of macros excel, SQL Queries, ...
• Dev Program : Language C

Procurement Strategy
• Define Procurement Strategy and its underlying subcontractor portfolio for the group and ensure execution
• Define standards for the global procurement and the delineation of procurement responsibilities.
• Develop and maintain the procurement planning process.

Carrier Selection and Contracting
• Negotiate core subcontractor agreements, including global rate, capacity and service agreements and related incentives
• Define contract standards in close alignment with legal department
• Set KPI-framework to be applied in the countries for specific SLAs with carriers
• Provide support (e.g. driven by negotiated carrier incentive agreements) to country product teams to support cargo steering according to contractual incentives

Regional Commercial Carrier and Subcontractor Management
• Develop carrier evaluation methodology and guidelines with CHO for sustainable carrier relationship and performance management in alignment with Standards &amp; Governance
• Align with Compliance and QHSE to ensure all carriers and subcontractors policies are in line with all current rules and regulations
• Monitor and control core, strategic, tactical carriers
• Act as regional escalation point and resolve procurement issues with carriers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic carriers 

Procurement Performance Management &amp; Carrier Incentive Management
• Ensure adherence of Procurement to agreed standards

General &amp; Revenue Management

Participate in joint Sales meeting and Weekly Airfreight calls

Being experienced user of one or more IT systems used within the freight forwarding industry and MS Office applications.
