Reporting to the Global Freight Forwarding Applications' manager, within an international team, the application specialist's key responsibility is to work within the TMS Application: CargoWise One – CW1. The main missions are : 1. Documents within the TMS Application • Maintain existing customized documents & support worldwide requesters for new document • Keeping the correct balance between coping with local requirements while minimizing the maintenance • Investigate ways to simplify the existing: challenge and propose new set ups • Take part in the release management 2. Provide support within the TMS Application • Create simple & complex queries to support requests from process, management & technical teams • Operational & technical reporting (SQL, Data Viz tools)

Majors in Logistics/Supply chain/International Trade/Business English are preferrable. Good understanding of English in reading, writing, and speaking to meet daily business communication requirements. Related working experience in Shipping line, freight forwarding industry is a plus. Solid knowledge on import/export process in Asia Pacific countries. Being experienced user of one or more IT systems used within the freight forwarding industry and MS Office applications. Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal) and have good intercultural skills. Customer-oriented, creative and a representative team player.
