Vous savez mettre à quai des remorques et semi-remorques ; vous savez encaisser et décaisser des caisses mobiles.
Vous êtes respectueux du matériel confié.

Essential Education and/ or Training
•	Minimum 3 to 5 years related warehouse and/or distribution centre experience
•	1 year of supervisory experience preferred

•	Ability to read and write simple instructions, memos, and reports
•	Assist in providing ideas to improve their team's function

Vos responsabilités : 

- Accueillir les conducteurs et vérifier la conformité des documents et matériels (numéros de chargement, équipements, etc).
- Gérer les emplacements de quai en fonction des avances ou retards de transporteurs.
- Editer et remettre les lettres de voiture, libérer les conducteurs après contrôle.
- Vérifier la conformité des remorques avant plombage.
- Gérer la boîte mail (60% du poste) et le suivi du planning de réception.
- Alimenter et mettre à jour les supports Excel, portails web et autres outils digitaux. 
- Assurer le suivi des expéditions pour les enseignes, relancer les transporteurs en cas de retard.
- Suivre la gestion des palettes EPAL, les opérations promotionnelles. 
- Saisie et transmission des fiches de non-conformité aux fournisseurs.

•	Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner following defined SOP procedures and ensuring trainee are familiar with those SOPs as part of the training 
•	Maintain all MHE and MHE safety equipment onsite ensuring battery levels are at the optimum levels and perform regular audits on safety equipment operator compliance 
•	Lead employees to create a culture which encourages safe behaviour and environmental best practice
•	Drive a safety culture whereby each team member operates with safety as the primary concern, and whereby safety challenges to colleagues are encouraged and developed
•	Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary
•	Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure competency in all areas of warehouse management

Duties when not training or working on any additional duties provided by line manager are as below:
•	Assist in the loading and unloading of deliveries/shipments, demonstrating best practices for efficiency and safety
•	Process, put away goods, pick and pack goods in a timely manner
•	Proactively communicate with Managers about daily activities and obstacles
•	Report any damage or missing goods to the warehouse management team&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Essential Education and/ or Training
•	Basic English and Maths Education 
•	Training certificate for MHE
•	Examiners/training course certification 
Preferred Experience and Knowledge
•	Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
•	Good organisational and time management skills
•	Good oral and written communication skills and presentation skills
•	Flexible attitude to work and hours
•	Understanding of verbal and numerical reasoning

Necessary Technical / Functional Skills

To ensure a continuous supply of materials and stock so that production should not suffer at the time of customer's demand. To keep material cost under control as they contribute to reducing the cost of production and to eliminate duplication in ordering stocks. 

The main role of the Stock Manager is to organise and monitor inventory levels to maximise efficiency. Stock Manager must demonstrate skills, such as creating and reporting of Cycle Counts/Reports and ensure the agreed SLA of losses is achieved through motivating and driving the stock team as well as organisational planning. 

This position is instrumental to the distribution of products within the DC. 

The inventory on site is governed by SOX compliance and this needs to be demonstrated within all levels of the stock department. 

Inventory Blueprints are the foundations for the site and the Stock Manager must ensure they are adhered to all thoroughly at all times. 

Coordinate daily activity with the Warehouse Supervisor 

Manage and direct work executing activities including but not limited to – Cycle Counts, investigations, Reports in-line with customer requirements 

Communicate and react quickly and effectively regarding unexpected labour needs 

Manage labour hours and electronic time keeping systems, procedures and processes updated 

Interview and train prospective new team members; completes 1-2-1's and appraisals 

Ensure all subordinate staff understand performance targets and KPI and clearly outlines what is expected 

Deal with complaints quickly and address internal and external stakeholder needs promptly 

Drive innovation and recommend process improvement 

Review records to ensure accuracy and compliance (where applicable) 

Comply with all company policies and procedures 

Complete RCAs/8d's to establish reasons for discrepancies and suggest mitigating or preventative measures. 

Monitor and ensure KPI's are met in a timely and cost-effective manner 

Assign duties to subordinate staff and monitor for neatness and conformance to standards set out in BBP's or SOP's 

Work with Operations Manager to ensure ISO / HMRC / SMS / HSE compliance for assigned facilities 

Prepare reports for leadership 

Assist in maintaining physical properties, promote and ensure a clean and safe work environment 

Promote the company in a positive and ethical manner 

Carry out any reasonable request &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Essential Education and/ or Training 



Experience in the logistics industry 

Stock Management 

Experience of managing staff on a shift, managing performance and deadlines 

Strong Organisation skills 

Knowledge of SOX compliance desirable

Experience in producing daily/ weekly reports 

Customer Facing Experience 

Ability to use Microsoft Office/Excel/PowerPoint 

SAP Experience in reporting and of a high standard
