As a Project Logistics Operations Specialist, your primary focus is to plan and organize tailored logistics solutions for projects and special cargo. For this position, the focus is on handling the transportation of military-classified goods, primarily within air export, although you will also work with other types of cargo and modes of transport.

You are responsible for your own customers, projects, and shipments, but you work closely with your colleagues in Sweden, GEODIS global network, as well as customers, suppliers, and partners worldwide.

Main responsibilities:
- Develop relationships and business with existing customers and suppliers.
- Manage shipments and projects from inquiry all the way to invoicing.
- Be responsible for customer contact and follow-up via phone and visits.
- Respond to supplier and customer inquiries.
- Contribute to the team's development and improvement of work methods, routines, and processes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
We are looking for someone who:
- Has several years experience in project logistics and special transports, with focus on air export and military and defense segment. 
- Experience with other modes of transport is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the CW1 production system.
- Is fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

Au sein d'une équipe à taille humaine (3 personnes), vous contribuez au traitement et à la fiabilité des flux comptables liés aux frais généraux et aux notes de frais.

Vos missions au quotidien : 

🔹 Comptabilité &amp; traitement des documents

•	Réceptionner et trier le courrier fournisseurs
•	Scanner et contrôler les données issues de notre outil de dématérialisation
•	Intégrer les factures en comptabilité
•	Vérifier la conformité des notes de frais et les comptabiliser

🔹 Relation fournisseurs &amp; collaboration interne

•	Assurer le suivi et les échanges avec les fournisseurs (relances, …)
•	Accompagner les équipes internes (support de niveau 1 sur les outils, reclassements comptables…)
•	Faire le lien avec les différents services (trésorerie, comptabilité générale, contrôle factures…)

🔹 Gestion administrative

•	Classer et archiver les documents (factures, notes de frais…)

Votre profil

✔️ Formation type Bac +2 en comptabilité ou gestion

Rattaché(e) au directeur régional Sud-Est de la LoB Distribution &amp; Express, vous assurez la direction de deux centres de profit réalisant 2,8M€ de CA pour Digne-les-Bains, 4,6M€ de CA pour Gap et représentant une force de travail de 16 collaborateurs pour Digne-les-Bains et 36 collaborateurs pour Gap. Vous pilotez la performance économique, le développement commercial et la bonne réalisation des prestations messagerie &amp; express sur le département de Haute Provence (04) et des Hautes Alpes (05) tout en assurant le bon développement du capital humain de ce périmètre.

Principales missions : 
•	Définir la stratégie de votre périmètre et les moyens nécessaires pour la réaliser 
•	Inscrire cette stratégie en cohérence avec les objectifs et l'organisation de la ligne de métier Distribution &amp; Express et de la région Sud-Est (processus, budget, objectifs commerciaux…) 
•	Assurer le développement pérenne du CA de l'agence sur les produits Messagerie, Affrètement, International et Logistique, en collaboration avec l'équipe commerciale (acquisitions et fidélisation des clients existants) et le Hub régional international
