Préparation des tournées et mise en tournée :

- en tenant compte des moyens humains et matériels à sa disposition,
- dans le respect des impératifs de livraison et d'enlèvement,
- Répartir le travail entre les conducteurs et leur donner les informations nécessaires à la bonne exécution de la tournée
- Contrôler / réaliser l'état de quai et traiter tous les restes à quai, le cas échéant, en lien avec l'administratif et le quai
-Superviser (suivre) les tournées en temps réel.
- Débriefer le retour de tournée de ses conducteurs &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Doté(e) d'une expérience au sein d'une exploitation camionnage et d'un esprit d'équipe, vous savez organiser votre travail et gérer vos priorités.
Vous avez une bonne connaissance de la réglementation du transport.
Vous êtes à l'aise avec l'informatique (TEOS, Copilote, bureautique)

As Key Accounts Director for SCO, the position holder is responsible for leading the team of Global Key Account Managers and overseeing the worldwide coordination of key accounts, including strategy definition, inside sales, operational performance, and financial results.

They represent Geodis at a senior level for all aspects of key customer relationships, acting as the central link between clients and all internal functions.

The position holder is responsible for the following activities for Geodis SCO, in compliance with Group, SCO, and Regional guidelines:

Strategy definition and Customer Management

•	Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Global Key Account Managers, ensuring best practices and continuous improvement in account management.
•	Drive the overall health and growth of strategic relationships with key customers across SCO.
•	Oversee the creation and maintenance of customer cards and communication matrices at a global level.
•	Analyze full supply chain customer spending to identify and realize new business opportunities.
•	Guide the expansion of Geodis' presence within customer organizations, fostering deep and broad partnerships.
•	Propose and implement service optimizations to improve performance for both the customer and their end customers.
•	Anticipate, understand, and steer organization-wide responses to customer scope changes, ensuring effective change management.
•	Supervise the handling of Change Management Requests and contract/SOW addenda at a strategic level.
•	Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among the Key Account Management team and across regions.

Inside sales

•	Present consolidated performance reports on major accounts to senior management, highlighting trends, perspectives, and strategic recommendations.
•	Provide expertise, operational knowledge, and leadership within the SCO organization.
•	Support the team in responding to customer tenders and on-demand requests, ensuring coordinated and effective input.
•	Collaborate with Procurement teams to define global buying strategies.
•	Animate and engage internal teams to deliver on customer expectations, and promote a dynamic, growth-oriented atmosphere.


Operational performance

•	Oversee the resolution of escalations, ensuring issues are addressed rapidly and systematically.
•	In partnership with operational teams, consolidate and review performance indicators at the global level, challenging teams to meet or exceed contractual objectives.
•	Guarantee timely and accurate provision of KPIs, ensuring visibility and accountability.
•	Collaborate with Procurement to monitor supplier performance.
•	Partner with Transformation teams to increase supply chain visibility and innovation for key customers.

Financial results

•	Drive profitable revenue growth with key customers, at both account and portfolio levels.
•	Ensure the achievement of EBIT targets and overdue objectives.
•	Oversee improvements in DPO/D&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Profile:

•	Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
•	15–20 years' experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management, with a significant portion in people leadership roles.

Key Accountabilities (including activities)


	Lead all financial activities of the Global Freight Forwarding Line of Business, ensuring achievement of revenue, profitability, cash flow, and return-on-investment objectives.

	Own the global financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and performance management.

	Lead capital allocation decisions and evaluate strategic investments, acquisitions, partnerships, and transformation initiatives.

	Strengthen financial governance, internal controls and risk management across all GFF operations.

	Oversee cash flow management and working capital performance, ensuring effective liquidity and resource utilization.

	Sponsor finance transformation initiatives, including process standardization, automation, digitalization, and data analytics capabilities.

	Develop and lead a high-performing global finance organization, fostering talent development, succession planning, and leadership capability across regions.

	Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Group Finance, auditors and regulatory bodies.

Specific remarks

•	This position is responsible for the direct supervision of finance managers within the Global Freight Forwarding Line of Business, and the indirect supervision of all empl&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Global Freight Forwarding (GFF) is a key member of the GFF Executive Leadership Team and serves as the principal strategic and financial advisor to the EVP of GFF. 

Responsible for the overall financial leadership, performance, governance, and value creation of the Global Freight Forwarding Line of Business, the role oversees financial planning and analysis, business performance management, accounting, treasury coordination, risk management, capital allocation, and strategic initiatives.

Working closely with business leaders across all regions and functions, the position drives profitable growth through financial insight, commercial decision support, optimized resource allocation, and a strong focus on sustainable value creation for the GEODIS Group.

The role also leads the global finance organization for GFF, ensuring the implementation of best-in-class financial processes, controls, systems, and governance across the business while fostering a high-performance finance culture globally.

Applicants profile: 

•	15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
•	Significant experience as CFO or Senior Finance Executive in freight forwarding, logistics, transportation, supply chain, or similarly complex international businesses.
