Network Strategy & Management • Define Network Strategy in cooperation with Charter Network that enables long-term growth plans • Continuously review network assets and infrastructure (gateways, hubs and feeder services) to deliver optimal productivity and consistent quality of service to the internal and external customer • Develop short-term network plans (commercial / scheduled charter) within Network Strategy to react on market conditions/requirements Capacity Planning and Management • Liaise with Charter Network the availability of capacity at costs and supports reaching the margin targets defined • Coordinate with Regional Airfreight or Trade-lane Management to procure additional capacity to supplement existing capacity requirements • Optimisation of profitability / co-loader markets • Manage, optimise & monitor internal contacts, SOP (process) / SLA (KPIs) Procurement Strategy • Define Procurement Strategy and its underlying subcontractor portfolio for the group and ensure execution • Define standards for the global procurement and the delineation of procurement responsibilities. • Develop and maintain the procurement planning process. Carrier Selection and Contracting • Negotiate core subcontractor agreements, including global rate, capacity and service agreements and related incentives • Define contract standards in close alignment with legal department • Set KPI-framework to be applied in the countries for specific SLAs with carriers • Provide support (e.g. driven by negotiated carrier incentive agreements) to country product teams to support cargo steering according to contractual incentives Regional Commercial Carrier and Subcontractor Management • Develop carrier evaluation methodology and guidelines with CHO for sustainable carrier relationship and performance management in alignment with Standards & Governance • Align with Compliance and QHSE to ensure all carriers and subcontractors policies are in line with all current rules and regulations • Monitor and control core, strategic, tactical carriers • Act as regional escalation point and resolve procurement issues with carriers • Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic carriers Procurement Performance Management & Carrier Incentive Management • Ensure adherence of Procurement to agreed standards General & Revenue Management • Keep abreast of industry changes, market situation and customer requirements; update all respective working colleagues within the geographies on the changes of market conditions Participate in joint Sales meeting and Weekly Airfreight calls • Determine Net Achieved Rates per season together with Global RCOM Team and Regional Airfreight Director (cost) Participate in joint customer visits Development of consolidation ratio – report / dashboard Setup fixed cost for mid and long term in cooperation with the country teams

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Economics/ Logistics • 5-10 years of work experience (minimum) • 5-10 years of overall industry experience (minimum) • 5-10 years of experience in people management and leadership, including recruitment, training & development, coaching, conflict and performance management (minimum) • 5-10 years of experience in Logistics procurement (minimum) • International working experience preferred • CargoWise Knowledge is a plus

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position is responsible for the following activities, in compliance with regional and company guidelines: The scope of the tests covers operations managed by Customer's service providers (LLPs, LSPs etc.), who will provide supporting documentation and evidence to support the testing process. The tests are named: • Imports • Exports • Classification • Post Entry Adjustments (PEA) Analysis The compliance testing includes also the following activities: • Obtain universe and supporting documentation from operation team • Perform compliance tests according to test requirement • Report operational process defects to the responsible LSP/Vendors for root cause analysis and follow up remediation with operation team. • Report compliance testing results to Customer on a periodic basis • Act as a responsible party for test results communication and error remediation with Geodis operation and client control tower. • Provide Customer all data and/or documentation required to support the monthly validation of compliance testing. • Support Customer in taking action to eliminate the root cause of all incorrect test results identified during validation by Customer (incorrect test result = Geodis failed to identify a defect which was subsequently identified during validation by Customer). • Support periodic Customer internal and Government audits and reviews as mutually agreed with Customer, relating only to activities performed by the Geodis in OMS Trade Compliance Support. • Provide analytic reports for test related per request of internal customer and external customer.

DESIRED MINIMUM PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS: Education: • University or College Degree • Logistics/Supply chain/International Trade background preferred • Ocean Freight Experience is an added advantage Language: • English Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking Essential Skills and abilities: a) Integrity b) Good sense of risk management from operation process perspective c) Experience in coordination with all the countries / cultures d) Timely/Quality execution of tasks assigned e) Good internal and external communication f) Strong analytical skill, understand data collection, statistics g) Experienced in excel h) Good in self-motivation, sustain pressure during multiple tasks and challenge Experience (specify minimum periods):  2+ year experience in logistics operation (prefer in CFS Activity, FMCG, warehousing, import/export, transport)  Internal control/business control/risk management/audit experience is preferred  2 years above experience in a multicultural environment within global organisation OTHER REQUIREMENTS / POINTS TO NOTE: • Passion for the business • Trustworthiness • Security sense • Asset Protection Awareness • Taking ownership
